American Freight - Appliance, Furniture, Mattress

Just purchased these two items with Edward at American Freight here in deleware. His assistance was excellent and his customer service was superb. He needs to be promoted, he should be training all new employees. Thanks again Edward!

I made two separate trips to the Newark location. Both were great experiences and I worked two phenomenal salespeople each time.
I worked with Edward on my first trip and he was so helpful. Very patient and knowledgeable, without putting any pressure on me and answered every question and offered several options. I ended up purchasing something from him and he was fantastic through the whole process.

I had to go a second time and dealt with John, was such a pleasure. He showed me my new fridge and was so thorough and extremely helpful in handling everything so smoothly. Great customer service!

Had a great experience with Edward. We came in 3x this week and each time he checked on us gave us the information needed and today we made our purchase and he helped us, I’ve been getting my appliances here the past 6 years even before the name change and he has by far gave us the best service we ever had. Stopped in to check out prices on replacing my dryer. They have great prices, and both Michelle and Dan answered all questions I had about warranties and delivery services. I will definitely be back.

Today we came to the Newark location and enjoyed spectacular service from Katie. She sold us a washer/dryer combo & made sure the measurements were correct. She sold us a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, & microwave and attended to every detail. When we went to checkout, our card was declined at first, and she explained to my Mom to check her phone for a fraud alert, which we worked out, and everything worked after that. It was a real pleasure working with Katie from start to finish! We would recommend your store to everyone we meet.

The prices are amazing. Choose this location to save on taxes since I previously went to their location in New Jersey for a full set of kitchen appliances last year. I also didnt get a protection plan, which was almost 50% of the cost of the refrigerator I bought that day. While you may find mom and pop appliance sellers who do scratch and dent, the items here are in nearly flawless condition. Which is why I passed on an expensive protection plan. Will definitely be back.
