Once you enter this store, right from the start to the end everything is well organised. The quality is the clothing, jackets and shoes are really good. The prices are quite competitive. Easy to pick the choices of your own like the color, design, sizes are will organised and quick to pick. The trolley too is off good quality, though you use it for sometime, the smoothness, study and feel is good. Keep up.

It was good. I went into store because I wanted to shop the clearance rack. I picked up the jeans I purchased online, continued to shop and checked out. The one issue I did have was there was a very long line and only 2 cashier's. Other than that it was great!! I went there on Sat 8/12 and was in a lot of pain with walking and I was trying to find something to wear for my granddaughter’s graduation party. I was having a hard time and was about in tears. The manager came over and asked if I was okay, was kind enough to listen to my problems and helped me find something. She is what a true Manager is and that store is lucky to have her. Excellent customer service!

Nice selection of clothing for all ages. Multiple sizes in stock. Women's department has petite through plus sizes. Many colors and patterns are available. Fast checkout. Merchandise was neatly hung on hangers or placed on tables.

Called to inquire about their inventory of school uniforms for my kids and the associate Gale went above and beyond and personally looked through the items they still have available and set them to the side for me. Cannot express in words how much I appreciate her assistance!

I've had such a hard time finding clothes for my daughter who is 9 but too big for children's place but we were able to find so much at this Old Navy. They had everything stocked with all sizes and that's hard to find on a Saturday but they are on their A game!!

This was my first time in an Old Navy. I was taking a lady friend there for her to shop for dresses but then I saw men's cargo shorts for half off, only $15 when normally $30. Got some nice lightweight summer shirts also half price at 7.50 each. Got some great deals today. I'll be going back. During holidays (like Memorial Day weekend) is apparently the best time to shop there when they have lots of clothes for half price.

They have a good selection of clothes you can choose from and the prices are reasonable. They often have sales which is great. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Most weekends be kind of busy but always check online for a sale before going to the store, you might just catch a great deal.

This store has sales virtually every day. The store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Had Christmas returns today and I have never had an easier experience returning things in my life. Huge fan of this store!

**UPDATE - 11/2018**
It seems that they have gotten new management or maybe new employees, or mayb they were told to straighten up, but the store has been much more organized the past 2ish months. The wall of Jean's has been moved and rearranged, so it is organized so that the correct size/length/style can be found, with relative ease. Of course, they still do not carry short/tall in store, unless it is left over from a previous season or was returned to the store from an online order. I MUST DAY I LOVE THE NEW ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP IN THE STORE!! If you are like me and you just want to get in and out, this is such a time saver. As long as you put your order in before 4pm (I believe that's correct) it should be ready that day. So much easier than digging thru the Jean wall to find my rockstar low rise super skinny size 8 in the proper color. Lol.

AS I DO LOVE OLD NAVY, I HAVE JUST FOUND IT EASIER TO ORDER EVERYTHING ONLINE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I NEED A SHORT LENGTH AND MY ROOMMATE NEEDS A LONG LENGTH, NEITHER OF THOSE LENGTHS ARE KEPT IN THE STORE, EXCEPT FOR 2 STYLES OF JEANS, OUT OF ABOUT 25. If you do not need a special length, or are looking for mens pants and you are very average in length and waist, you will be fine. Their prices aren't bad, but they are especially great when catching sales online.

I love old navy clothes and have been a loyal customer aince 2002, i buy ALL my jeans there and i never miss a sale, but that being said, more recently, this old navy never seems to open more than ONE LINE and their wall with all the jeans on them, is ALWAYS A MESS, NEVER IN THE ORDER IT SHOULD BE, so its impossible to find the proper size/style without taking a random pair to an associate and having them check the computer for the one you need. I have had to have them order it for me from the store, otherwise i would not get the advertised discount, which in this case was 40%, and so an order placed on 01/30/2018 is not scheduled to arrive until 02/08/2018, for a total of 9 days, and even when i asked to be able to pay for faster shipping, (which i should not have had to do, since their free shipping when ordering online is 5-7 days and per their policies, when they havr to order something that they do not have in stock, you get free regular/5-7 day shipping) i was told that i could not, as that was not an option, I HAD THE MANAGER TAKING CARE OF THIS ORDER. Needless to say, I AM UNHAPPY. Then to make matters even worse, the Old Navy Store Card( which is owned/operated by SYNCHRONY BANK), not the Visa, CANNOT be paid in the store, and can only be paid with a checking account online/via the phone or sending a check/money order in the mail, at least 5-7 days before your payment is due, if it has any chance of being on time. Sp its just a total pain.

Love this store and if you open a Old Navy Visa card you get reward bucks everytime you use it and even more bucks when you use the charge at other than Old Navy. Reward bucks are attached to your monthly statement.

Great deals this week ! I went to get something for 1 of my grandchildren, & ended get'n something for 4... good shop'n, had a good time, the staff was very helpful as well.

They had a great sale I purchased a very nice dress on clearance for less than five dollars.

I had an order delivered but was there for return...but they were very quick and efficient. They had a separate area up front for pick ups and returns. The staff was friendly and courteous. A++

Never a long wait. Helpful staff. Love that they have long jeans. Great for us tall girls.

Friendly service lines are always long but what do you expect it's oldnavy, I suggest ordering ahead for faster service

I had a small problem finding a gift for my granddaughter but eventually found it and it looks perfect. I love old navy!

The employees here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store is well maintained and I can always find my size.
