I really enjoy this Bath and Body versus Conway, AR. I enjoy going in this store because they are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They usually up sale me because they show me items that are on sale along the lines of what I am looking for. A very smart sales person and I am frugal with my money. I smile because they are the only ones who can. I love their products and I have used their lotions and cremes, home fragrances for thirty years. No one can beat the creamy lotions and vast amounts of fragrances and when you catch these on sale, it is like you won the lottery. Anything in this store is great for gift giving, even for men. Who does not enjoy their vehicle, home, and themselves smelling great!

Pretty standard selection of items if you're familiar with the franchise. Lots of "smell good" products. Lotion, sprays, cologne, perfume, candles, oil warmer plug-ins, etc. Great deals throughout the year. Really friendly staff.

Always super nice and helpful. Bath and body candles are my favorite! Like them better than Yankee candle but I'm not paying $25 for a candle so I go during sales! I need Cardamom and Ginger candle in the larger candle,please! And rose water and ivy made into a whole collection..body wash,lotion,etc. It smells much better than the other rose scented fragrances!

Small store footprint but clean, well organized, and friendly staff. ETA: I have been back to this store several times and this location has the absolute best staff. I had only a vague notion of the type of scent that I wanted and they asked me a few questions and then suggested 3-4 options that I absolutely loved. No other location has been able to do that in the years I've been shopping at B&BW.

I had waited w/ great anticipation for a shopping spree @ Bath & Body Works, & for $25 I had the most wonderful time selecting 6 hand soaps all different fragrances: I focused on Autumn scents: Jumping In Leaves, Afternoon Apple Picking ... & stress reliever scents which have thoroughly soothed me during a busy semester teaching preschool! For a modest price, I brought home bountiful products. I will definitely return for more pampering products for my family & I this December 2018!

Searcy, Ar 11/30/22. Store was clean, staff were friendly and told me about what sales they were having. Easy location to get too in a outside strip mall, free parking.

Harley Spears was very intelligent and knowledgeable about the inventory. She was also very kind when helping me (I think I ended up buying over $100 in wallflowers and candles lol). All in all a great experience. I have since went back on several occasions every time my house needs to smell good. I have Harley help me every time and she even lets me know when they have discounts. Go see Harley she is the best!

I must say that the Searcy team is amazing. Friendly smiling faces and they tried to help me find scents that I love. I hope they keep this crew!

The ladies at the counter were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. All the products were faced and clean. Love the new scents they have out, and I got in on a great sale!

Love this store! Always greeted by staff and they're always making sure you're finding everything you're looking for. Everyone is so friendly there and everything is very organized. I love going there!

Our helper today was Jennie Lynn - she was phenomenal! She recommended some great candle scents and helped me locate everything I was looking for!!

Had great selections and helped me and my neighbor meet our needs for a good smelling place. Showed me right to the customer bathroom, really took care of their guests.

The wife and I love it there. Amazing mens products believe it or not. I use their body wash and cologne daily. (Bourbon)

The girls r very courteous & helpful! The 3 wick candles aren't as good as regular, but rose 🌹 is great !! Oils r awesome

Shea and June Bug were such a great help. We found light scents for all our needs.

I got a lot of products from my daughter for Mother's Day and I took some of the items back and exchanged them for what I wanted. It was a really easy exchange and I got some Awsome products!
