Kirkin recently installed a new roof with solar shingles on my house and I am extremely happy with the outcome! To start with, I was provided with the most thorough quote and proposal that I’ve ever gotten for a service. The team at Kirkin was able to provide support and answer any questions that came up during the loan and application process, and they worked closely with me to schedule my install. The crew came out on time (was actually a bit early) and got right to work. They were in contact with me the whole time to keep me informed of the progress and what to expect. The job was completed quickly and it looks phenomenal. I had high expectations and they were able to meet and exceed them! I will definitely be recommending Kirkin to anyone else looking for roof repairs and replacement.

From start to finish, I received five-star service. Dan, Tina, Tony, and the collective team worked to get an expedited install date and went out of their way to accommodate.

Dan came out to assess (in the rain). Tony arrived early on the install day. And the team worked tirelessly to complete the install. Nails and materials were collected afterwards.

Couldn't be happier with Kirkin! We started talking with Dan back in 2020 about replacing our roof, but then...COVID.

Fast forward to 2022, and when we reached back out he didn't miss a beat. Dan has the patience of a saint, with my million questions...And the solar shingles sealed the deal! They look so much nicer then traditional solar panels.

From start to finish Dan's team was proactive in their communication, professional and made sure to keep things neat. When we had an issue with a gutter, Dan & Andrew worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received and the quality roof that was installed by Kirkin. Our roof had sustained extensive storm damage, yet our homeowners insurance tried to only pay for a few replacement shingles. Kirkin worked with us to provide documentation that helped us to be successful when we filed for arbitration with the Delaware Insurance Commission against our homeowners insurance. Once the arbitration was filed, the attorney for the insurance company called to offer to pay for the full roof replacement, and we were able to settle without going to a hearing.

if every company behaved like this one does, you wouldn't need to look at reviews. they did a great job on my roof and gutters. they were fast, and they did an awesome clean up. it's no fluke. the reason i called them is because they did my friend's house, sun room and garage. when i saw how that job went, i wanted the same level of service, and i got it.

Nothing but great things to say about our 2 experiences with Kirkin Exterior's services. The jobs both were relatively small for them (replace a chimney cap base & flashing and then later to replace 5-6 pieces of siding that had rust stains), but still required expertise in getting done right. Kirkin exteriors did great job and helped replace brand new roof. They are professional not only for install the new roof perfectly but also can deal with the insurance company to try best have insurance pay for almost everything.

We are very happy with our new roof from Kirkin! The crew arrived on time and had everything completed by the end of a work day. Andrew was professional and friendly during each interaction and kept us updated throughout the day on the progress of our roof and adjustments that had to be made to the original contract.

During installation there was some out of the ordinary damage done to our ceiling so Andrew coordinated a painting crew to come out and make the repair. The crew quickly and thoroughly repaired the damage and freshened up the whole ceiling’s paint job.

Overall, we are super happy with our experience with Kirkin. They are a professional, timely and friendly team!

Kirkin has a great team; they did our roof and window/doors. Any problems we had with the windows Andrew handled it like an expert and all 100% covered by the warranty.

Tina that replies to emails and the phone is fantastic. She quickly assigns any issues; then follows up and gives great updates and flexible scheduling.

When we got estimates Kirkin was not the lowest, but it was by far the superior choice. A roof is very important; don't waste your money having a buddy do it or reshingling. These folks are professional and do great work.
