Many choices of teas. You get choices of any teas on the wall to have to drink but also take home. Each one has a jar to smell. There were also 8 teas to sample. Great atmosphere to meet with friends, read, or work on the computer. Free wifi but I found it very slow. The blueberry lemon scone was ehh. I wouldn't get it again. Tea was delicious! Great staff!

We LOVE this place! :) We come here at least twice a week to explore the vast assortment of tea and homemade cookies and scones. It is a real gem! The staff is always extremely kind and hospitable. Their kindness also reflects in the serene atmosphere of the place - perfect to enjoy a leisurely Saturday afternoon or to de-stress after a long workday.

What a beautiful tea shop! We were so impressed by the service and the amazing assortment of teas! We will definitely be back.

We took my young grand daughters here for tea. The service was just excellent, they went out of the way to treat us well. The little ones had a pot of delicious hot cocoa and the scones were so good. We adults tried the matcha concoctions and were delighted. The tea selections to drink there and take home are incredible. Give it a try

I’ve worked down the street for almost two years and every time I come in the staff is so wonderful. Just walking in makes my day when I’ve had a stressful day, because they know my order before I even make it to the counter.

The assistant manager (sorry I forgot your name) made our date night so much better! I was getting a bunch of samples, and she was so helpful! Plus the teas are amazing!

The cutest family tea shop. They work with family farms all over the world to bring together the very best. Amazing quality and the funnest tea names. Customer Service is top notch. Nothing but love the trendiest teas

The SAMPLE WALL! I believe all the little packs on the side are $3 which is exactly how I wanted to explore their blends. I swear I read every single one before deciding, and nobody minded that one bit. They also sell full size tins and brew different ones for purchase by the cup which you can sip in their limited but well distanced seating areas. They typically have a few selected blends brewed for samples in the retail area as well. It was perfect for a quick afternoon date and may come back for a day I need to treat myself. The vibe is light and airy - especially because they had the chilliest music playing. Once I’ve tried all the samples I got, I might want to commit to a larger amount.

Such a charming place! And the manager is very friendly and helpful. She came up to my friend and I while we were smelling various teas, answered any questions we had---even encouraged our questions, happily! Not like many coffee shop baristas who you feel you're kind of bothering when you have a question. I always bring a new friend in who's never been! #studyspot

Great experience at this quality tea shop. The coffee lover in me appreciated The Country Gentlemen latte. The tea lover in me appreciated the variety of teas and samples offered. The wall of tea samples were organized by type (Black, Green, White, Herbal, Oolang, etc).
Smelling the sample jars helps tremendously if you know what to look for.

Above all, the helpful and courteous staff helped me to make the best decision as a customer.

One of the best places to get tea in town! The atmosphere is so nice and the servers are friendly and give great recommendations (I usually get the Miracle Mermaid tea which has a sweet and fruity flavor but there's something for everyone in their vast selection!). I would recommend for anyone looking for a fancy drink.

The staff greeted me when I came in which is always lovely. They were polite and helpful without hovering. Really delicious latte (I'll try one of their numerous teas another time) and zucchini chocolate chip bread. Try it, it's awesome. Quiet enough for several people to be studying at their tables but not so quiet that you feel like you can't chat with someone if you're sitting down for coffee.. Really cute and charming atmosphere.

Large selection of tea. Great place for sitting down and catching up with friends or for a quick breakfast. The French toast is amazing.

Very wide selection of tea. You can get hot, cold, by the cup or by the pot. They also serve rock sugar, milk and half-and-half. I wish they were in the Ft Smith area! My friend and I had 2 small pots. They brought it out to our table on a beautiful platter.

We always have a wonderful experience here and love being able to try samples of their different blends. Today I went in with my daughter and after we left she dropped her tea. We returned to order it again and they made it for her and refused payment. I really appreciate how thoughtful that was and how friendly they are in general.

My go-to for coffee on the square - I have a serious weakness for their cardamom kalamansi lattes. The loose leaf tea I've bought here is always super high quality, and the pastries are a delight.

My sister gifted me several samples of their teas for Christmas. All of the teas were extremely high quality and had excellent labeling with steeping temperatures and times. My absolute favorite is their Mango Pomegranate black tea. It has the perfect balance of flavors for my palate, the sweetness of the mango countering the tanginess of the pomegranate.
I was delighted to discover they ship their product because I do not live in Arkansas. I am happily sipping my Savoy Tea Co tea in Missouri as I write this.
My sister has long talked about how friendly the staff is and I have had excellent experience with all customer service interactions. I highly recommend both the tea and the business!

Lyla was amazing and made my tea absolutely perfect which made me so happy because I’m quite picky. She helped me understand the different teas and their caffeine levels so I was able to make a good decision and purchase teas that would be good for bedtime, daytime, and chill time. Loved my experience and will be back for some of those exotic teas!
