Topsfield Motor is by far the best place to purchase a used car. I bought all my cars through the dealer until now and I can say confidently the experience was mounds better. First Troy was an amazing salesman who had the customer at interest throughout the process. Once I committed, Rick was a pleasure to work with figuring out extended warranties and the legal stuff. Last but not least Oscar honestly detailed the car to the pt where it looked like new. Best experience I have ever had buying a car and highly recommend them.

Easily the best buying experience I’ve had buying a car. I dealt with Tim and Rick, both of whom made the buying process incredibly simple and accommodating. The car itself was very well priced and upon pick up they did new tires, brakes, wipers, oil change, transmission service, and new air filters without me even negotiating that into the deal. I will definitely be buying my next Porsche from them as well.

After having an uncomfortable, rushed experience at a big dealership, we were so lucky to find Topsfield Motor Co. This was our first time buying a car and everyone was incredibly helpful, courteous and took the time to explain everything. We were able to test drive, finance and trade in our old car quickly and efficiently and the experience was actually enjoyable rather than stressful. They put new tires on the car and ran it through their shop a final time before handing us the keys, easing any used car worries that we had. I would highly recommend going here. I recently worked with Troy Sealy. I didn't actually purchase a car from this dealership, but felt compelled to write a review after my experience.

Troy was honest from the minute I walked into the dealership. I was informed about the truck's history and the work the dealership intended to do before making a sale.

I was given a fair offer for a trade, that included bundling upgrades to the vehicle I was considering. I was weighing a few different options at the time, so I never put a deposit down. Naturally, the truck was sold to another buyer.

Troy reached out to let me know, and offered to purchase my vehicle anyway.

Entire transaction was handled over the phone and vehicle was shipped within a day of signing paperwork. Personalized video and photos were taken and sent without even asking for them. It was one of the smoothest quickest auto transactions I’ve ever been a part of. Thank you for you going out of your way for an out of state customer you never got to meet. Fabulous and refreshing car-buying experience. Smooth process and there was never any pressure. I worked with Troy who was always available to answer any of my many questions and was kind enough to send me a detailed video of the car I was interested in. This was super helpful as I am in NY state and I wanted to feel confident about making the 3-hour trek to do a test drive. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I would buy from there again. I purchased a car sight unseen with only pictures and their description to go on. Car arrived with small damage they had not noticed. Dan found a local shop to repair and paid for the repair. Recommended highly, you will not be disappointed. Oh, and I love the car!

I’ve had family members buy multiple cars here and they were always incredibly complimentary about the experience. I bought a 2020 Audi from TMC in October and I was impressed. Working with Troy was great and if you’re in the market, I’d recommend dealing with him. The process was painless, and he made sure to have the team touch up a few minor scratches. The prior owner had dinged up one of the rims and I was amazed at how they turned out. They’re good as new and the car was detailed so well that my friends thought it was new.
This was a much different experience than working with a dealership or a large used auto lot. Everyone is super responsive, and the customer service is excellent. Most importantly, they’re fair and I’ve found the cars to be good value.
I’m happy with my Audi and I would absolutely buy from them again.

My experience with Topsfield Motor Company could not have gone any better. The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition, the price was fair and the customer service after the transaction was exemplary. Tim, the sales rep I dealt with, was on point with any issues that arose. Check their inventory often if you're in the market for a vehicle, and if they have something you're interested in, you're in luck.

I have to say that we have never bought a used car, only new ones from the dealership. I was hesitant to even look, however with the prices these days and the products out there, I was very reluctant. We noticed on the TMC website a used VW Atlas, similar to my current car, and we went to look at it. Troy was such a great salesman that we ended up purchasing a 2022 Custom BMW X7! Not in my wildest dreams did I expect this to happen! The whole process was incredible, seamless and actually enjoyable! There was no pressure or annoying phone calls and the deal happened within 3 days (mainly due to the weekend). The car is incredible, the shop is pristine and Troy and Rick were fantastic! From the test drive to the financing to driving off the lot this experience was by far the absolute best! We have 4 drivers coming up in our family and we will not hesitate to visit TMC first! Thank you so much for showing us the pleasure and excitement of purchasing a new car....as it should be!

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Troy at Topsfield Motors. The experience was great. He answered all my questions, was friendly and low key. None of the high pressure approaches other dealer ships use! Any little glitches that came up with my 2007 Jeep where always taken care of in a super timely manner! Topsfield Motors makes you feel like you are part of their family!

David saw my 1988 Porsche Carrera in a parking lot on Easter Sunday with a For Sale sign on it, called me the next day and now she is sold. Made arrangements with Topsfield Motor Company to sell her on consignment.

Entire group of young professional and polite men were a pleasure to work with on my sale. Entire process completed in 3 weeks with little or no effort on my part and sold for full asking price.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Worked mostly with Troy and Tim, both of whom were patient, helpful, and super nice. The car was great, they serviced it just before we picked it up. The showroom was stunning. The service incredible, and they truly go above and beyond what is expected, and certainly required (which is saying something, since MA requires a lot!) of them. Let me just start my review with wow .. I have never had such a great experience I recently purchased a BMW x7 from Topsfield motor company I had a very knowledgeable salesman named Troy he went above and beyond to make us understand all the bells and whistle’s the car had and even took good care of us with the trade … my only regret is i didn’t buy another car that day !!!
