Madam Had'em Boutique Consignment

I was in the other day with my wife and she loved the store. The store is filled with quality fashion. The owner Cheryl couldn’t have been more helpful and was such a delight. I highly recommend that you visit Cheryl and her store.

My mom and I stopped by Madam Had'em in Manchester after my mom's best friend had been raving about it. We were instantly greeted by the owner, Cheryl. We immediately noticed her selection was incredible, to say the least! She had styles of clothing meant for every body, size, and age. She was so helpful, as well as intelligent on everything. She knew every single article of clothing, jewelry, shoe and handbag like the back of her hand, which made it SO easy to pair items with. My mom is an avid consignment store shopper, but she is hands down a die-hard Madam Had'em shopper now. We are so thrilled we decided to stop by, the clothes were amazing, and the customer service was out of this world. We cannot wait to go back!

I am not normally someone for writing reviews but this shop and it’s employee/owner (not sure who i met!) deserves all the praise! I went in with my mom to buy some things on mother’s day and all we did on the ride home was plan our next visit! There is something there for everyone and we are so excited for our purchases! We will definitely be going back sooner rather than later! Thank you so much :)

Large, well-stocked consignment boutique with great labels & sales.

Awesome service, some prices are obviously designer prices but other pieces are reasonable priced so you can always leave with something.

Besides finding great designer clothes, there is the excitement of continually changing inventory. No racks of the same thing...always something new and unexpected. Lovely staff.

This store has an excellent selection and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend visiting this gem!

Madam Hadem is one of the best consignment stores on the North Shore. Be sure to check them out!!!

I really liked the selection of clothes and was going to buy a few items but decided to think on it. Well I thought on it and I’m heading back to at least get one of those items!!

I went to madam Had em to buy some nice designer clothes and accessories for my girlfriend and found very dated merchandise that would be more appropriate for a thrift shop. And the few relatively recent stuff was much more expensive that similar to identical items that can be purchased on line at designer clothes and accessories sites. I think the name is appropriate, this owner is a madam had em, I.e. I really pulled the wool over these shoppers eyes! Better merchandise is found in thrift shops and on line then at these madam Had em stores

I had a very bad experience and would recommend avoiding this store and the one in Marblehead for both consigning and purchasing. I consigned an expensive suede skirt which Madam Had'em had for 36 days which was never returned, I was never compensated for it, and the owner, Cheryl McGuire lied when I wrote to the BBB about trying to get back my skirt or compensation, claiming it was past the time on the contract therefore it was OK to lose it, whereas I have emails and a note from her employee Wendy Davis that proves I went to pick up my skirt only 36 days later, not more than 67 days she claimed. Besides, her selection of clothes are atrocious, out of fashion and out dated. if you want designer clothes, shop at the on-line designer boutiques for better selection and cheaper price.
