Owner Corrin and her team worked on the rear quarter panel of my auto and did a fantastic job. From the moment I reached out to the shop to the moment I picked it up, the communication and service was superb. They matched the paint perfectly and treated the truck as if it were their own. They did the work quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for future body work and would recommend them hands down to anyone who needs body work to their car.

We ran into some bad luck the past few years with getting rear ended. I took my car to Corin at Salem Auto Body every time and they did an awesome job. From the body work to matching paint, it was all perfect. I’m talking like 4-5 cars here, not just one. I would never go anyplace else for body work.

I when to talk with Corrrin about my Lift gate on my Honda Ridgeline that was rusted to have it repaired. After talking with her she suggested getting a used one. She found one that was the same color,and in perfect condition. After ordering it two days later it arrived and was installed looks like a bran new one. they saved me hundreds of dollors. They are amazing people,with excellent service. When I need more work done I will go to them.

5 stars are not enough! Corrin immediately put me at ease after I was an unfortunate participant in a fender bender (my car was parked, minding its own business, and whammo). Not only did she reassure me that I was making the right moves (and who wouldn't trust someone like Corrin?), but she kept me in good humor throughout the process. Dreamy experience.

As a queer person who can't easily mask their rainbow, garages and auto body shops have long been places I generally feel uncomfortable in. Salem Auto Body couldn't be further from the stereotype, and I'm grateful a place like this exists just down the road from me.

If only I could give them 10 stars. Excellent service. I’ve been wanting to get rid of all the chrome on my car for a while now… and after my car was unfortunately the victim of a collision- I figured while it was in the shop I would just have them go ahead and blackout my whole car.

And WOW. It’s beautiful. Not only did they do a fantastic job at communicating with me, but my car looks incredible. It’s everything I’ve wanted and beyond. Corinn and her team are seriously the best. Highly recommend using them for ANY body work!

I just want to say these are amazing people, I didn’t have mechanical work done but I traveled here for Halloween and left my car here all but the first day. And I’ll always come back to them. Lisa and her Husband are absolutely amazing people and funny as hell. I trust them with anything and would absolutely come here for ANY work if I wasn’t from Buffalo. Took my (8 yo) high line german car here for an estimate and was immediately impressed with the approach to reviewing the damage, explaining how it would be done and some of the high tech paint matching and product that would be used. Gave a very fair price for the work to be done... and Most importantly, the result looks fantastic.

Fantastic service and great with coordinating information to insurance companies. I've used salem auto body since 2018 for my past THREE accidents (none of which were my fault) the most notable experience was my first accident where my car was basically totaled, the entire rear driver side of the car was ripped off. I didn't have renters insurance at the time and it was a sorta hit and run incident, so I couldn't get coverage from the other persons insurance.. They were extremely understanding of my circumstances and allowed me to have a rental for free while they repaired the vehicle. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds out of pocket for a rental but they really helped me out in a time where I needed it. Upon receiving my car it came back better than it looked when I first leased it! The following two accidents were much smaller but things were handled with the same care and attention I received the first time. For as long as I am living in salem / north shore I will be using salem auto body as my go-to mechanic and you should too!

Best body shop in the northshore i got my car painted there prices are excellent they detail your car as well and Jeff Lupo goes out of his way with his Customer service he will help you with anything he can and the secretary denise was awesome great staff I love this place

I just can't say enough about the quality of work they performed and the superb customer service I received. Went to a local place and Salem Auto Body was cheaper so I was a little skeptical. They kept to the schedule as promised, delivered on the day they said they would and my car looks amazing. They went above and beyond to not only repair/replace the door that was hit, but made my 100,000 mile car look new again. A very well run place with reasonable rates, excellent customer service and they did amazingly perfect work. They were super awesome! Managed to work me in, they stay busy right now. Great work and great customer service. They even detailed my truck which was quite a feat considering I just moved here from Texas with two German Shepherds in the back seat. Highly recommend.

Salem Auto Body was the best decision I made when choosing a place to get my repairs done. I am very impressed with not only the quality of their work, but also their commitment to their craft. It’s clear that Jeff and his team truly care about their customers and wants everyone to leave feeling well taken care of! Jeff and Denise gave me constant updates and they did a great job dealing with my insurance company (that other body shops told me would be an issue for them). My car looks brand new! After my accident I took my car to Salem Auto Body, where I had an amazing experience .The entire team was very professional and kind. This was my very first ever accident and they made the process so easy. I picked up my car today and back bumper was fixed, even the inside of the car was cleaned. My car looked like the first day I saw it at the dealership. If I could I would give them a higher rating! I highly recommend!!
