Bella Costa small Italian restaurant been going here since I was 14 and love this place. The food is amazing they have great cocktails. It's a small cozy place. Can't go wrong going here.

Food is delicious and good variety of cocktails. Atmosphere in the first room with the bar is cozy and the live piano music on Friday and Saturday night make it a memorable dinning experience. Highly recommend the chicken parmesan combo and chefs chicken special. Try the homemade pasta.

Wow. I was blown away by the food at Bella Costa's tonight. We were a party of 7 and everyone thought their meal was excellent. It has been several years since I ate here last, and so much has changed. I've never had anything like this before.

The entree choices we selected were: Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Parmigiana, Pappardelle Alfredo, Seafood Risotto, and Chicken Piccata. (I've posted some photos.) I had the the Chicken Piccatta and it was creamy and delicious. I had a side of risotto that came with asparagus and tomatoes mixed in. That was also creamy and delicious. It could have been a meal in itself. In fact, two members of our party did essentially that by ordering a big bowl of plain risotto. They both love it here. Looking around at everyone's plates, it was like we had died and gone to heaven.

For desserts, we had the chocolate bomb, the chocolate lava cake, the spumoni with claret sauce, and the tiramisu. All were equally good and more than you could eat.

Portions of both the entrees and the desserts were generous. The drinks were also strong. Everyone left with to-go containers to enjoy again later. I learned that they also do Take-Out orders.

Regarding handicapped accessibility: There is a heavy rubber mat out front which is difficult to navigate and we found it easier to cross it by turning the wheelchair around and going in backwards (using the bigger wheels). You will need two people to open the two doors (exterior and interior), as you do with most restaurants.

The ambiance is very attractive and not too noisy, and the service was good too.

Just remembering today's meal makes me happy. I am looking forward to going back!

I went for lunch today with two colleagues, and had a very nice meal. I am fanatical about fresh pasta and pasta in general being cooked correctly and the homemade pappardelle with portobello mushrooms was excellent. Many restaurants overcook pasta, but this was perfectly al dente. The garlic and olive oil sauce was delicate and subtle and matched very well with the generous portion of mushrooms. Fresh ground pepper, and fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese made it all come together.

I started out with a Greek side salad, which was quite good as well.

Service was prompt and pleasant, and the atmosphere was subdued and attractive. Prices were fair and well worth it for the quality of the experience. Highly recommended.

Wow...I have never had better. The food here is ridiculously amazing. I am I'm my bed thinking about how great this place is. Only reason for this review is I can't stop thinking how great my meal was here. Get the Chicken combo. So good!!!

The food is always pure perfection, and the minute you step through the doors, the delicious aromas surround you like a warm embrace. It's a bit boisterous with the lively chatter of families and friends enjoying their time together. The service is delightful and timely. Highly recommend.

It's a very friendly restaurant. The owner and the staff are great. They cook fish absolutely perfectly. My dinner companion had a pasta dish and absolutely loved it. It's a great neighborhood restaurant.

Good food and excellent service are key components of a successful dining experience, and Bella Costa delivers on both.

This is one of the nicest restaurants I've ever been to. For starters the food is amazing, but the bar and extra little touches the restaurant does help make this place shine above other Italian restaurants. For example as it gets dark outside they begin to dim the lighting which makes the atmosphere incredible inside, especially if you're on a date or something. Couple that with the the live pianist they had when I was there (which might be every night for all I know) and you have a high class, relaxing, intimate atmosphere that few restaurants know how to achieve. On top of this the staff are friendly and like I said earlier the food and drinks are great. You will not be disappointed when going here, but I advise having a reservation if possible. Please be aware that parking next to the building is somewhat limited, but overall it's manageable.

Great food friendly server and front reception nice family ambience. Chicken piccata, veal marsala, mussels in red sauce all great.

I had the chef's chicken special and Greek side salad which were delicious and enough for 2. The tiramasu was amazing!!

Excellent! The service was great and the Scallop Florentine was one of the best pastas I’ve had at a restaurant. The flaming drinks were over the top and I can’t wait to go back.

We hosted a baby shower here and were very pleased. The food was plentiful and delicious. Paul and Bob were very easy to work with and made all the arrangements so simple.

I am so happy we discovered this gem of a restaurant! Easily the best chicken parm I have ever had, and my boyfriend loved his salmon salad. Hannah was our server and she was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was perfect and we cannot wait to go back!

My foodie friends and I decided to meet between Boston and Springfield and try out Bella Costa. We were incredibly pleased. Service was friendly and welcoming. Food was absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely consider going back.

We went to Bella Costa while on a trip to Boston for a wedding. We started with the fried mozzarella and the meatball Italiano appetizers, which were both lovely. The meatballs had great seasoning and texture and was accompanied by homemade sauce and whipped ricotta. The mozzarella’s coating was light but crunchy and tasted awesome. For entrees, I got the scallops florentine over spaghetti and my boyfriend got chicken piccata over tagliatelle. Both were AMAZING! The lemon sauce that came with his meal was divine and all the pastas are homemade. The portions are huge and flavorful. Our server, Carol, was also lovely, very friendly and attentive. My only regret is that we couldn’t fit in any dessert! We will definitely be coming back!

A friendly atmosphere a home like feel ..... wine was tasty food was well presented melt in your mouth....

Our first time coming and our server carol N was so nice, I work at CFA and we always say my pleasure first time hearing someone outside of work say it. The food was good especially the shrimp. Love that we found a new place to eat outside, although I think your servers should wear a mask while working inside.

The food was delicious and so authentic! So glad that we discovered this restaurant. The service was wonderful! We looked for a place to meet up with family and are so happy that we found this charming restaurant.

Omg best Italian restaurant ever I had the chick and Parm Rigoletti with Rigatoni The whale hello there and the banana flambé the Dinner was huge lasted 3days and the chicken did not dry out the bread did not go stale. I’m going to make this place my regular. Everything the group had was delicious apparently you can’t go wrong at Bella Costa
