National Grand Bank

Had trouble with a new debit card (not theirs) which ate my card. We called the bank and got the quickest and most attentive service possible. They held by card at the main bank and together we tried the card there where they could retrieve it immediately if it was eaten again. Worked fine. Especially for a bank I do not use regularly, they could not have been more immediately helpful. Highly recommend!

A local bank that really cares. The bank one should choice. A relief from the impersonal and predatory nature of the large banks.

Great place for kids to keep money

Last two times I went they closed earlier than than the times listed on their website and answering machine. First time was over a half hour early on a Friday afternoon and they closed early by a few minutes the next Saturday morning. To people who need to cash a check to get by now and then, this is not the bank for you. Friendly in person, will leave you out in the cold if you're just a working stiff.
