This is a really great body shop. I had my dented right front fender replaced and it looks perfect, like it never happened. And they’re efficient too. Got the car back in four days. Also, they’re really nice people. Great to work with. Took care of everything. I highly recommend them.

Can’t recommend highly enough! Staff was super friendly and made the entire process really easy. Strong communication and they worked directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to coordinate anything. Also, my car looks great!

This is a great shop, not only for collision repair. North Amherst Motors also does great mechanical repairs. They are honest, reasonably priced, and do a good job of explaining things and presenting options for repair. They have helped me more than once in a pinch with a rental when i needed a repair. The staff is great, even entertaining at times!

I got into a nasty fender bender, north Amherst motors got my car in quickly with a full schedule and well disassembly took a few days it was well worth waiting the mechanic found a lot of hidden cosmetic damages the adjuster hadn’t noticed or signed on, they also took the care to request and get new parts for my car themselves when it was signed for aftermarket I didn’t want. Whenever I called to check in on the statues the staff answered all my questions and called back if there was something that needed to be checked in on. They also did all the insurance communication making my life a lot easier. car looks brand new and they deep cleaned the interior/exterior for me. I think the biggest plus was I got a lot of transparency and I haven’t seen that in too many Amherst shops unfortunately. Much better than college st motors!

Friendly people and awesome service. My Tacoma was there for body work and despite the parts supply issues everyone is experiencing, I got my truck back in less than 2 weeks and they detailed it too. I can’t say enough good things about North Amherst Motors. Also they put me in a very nice rental car (AWD to replace my 4x4); they were very attentive to my needs. My car needed repairs after an accident. No. Amherst Motors was very responsive to my insurance company and me, efficient dropoff, completed repairs quickly. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed and all repairs done as expected. I had a rental car for the duration and it was clean and available upon my arrival. Overall, I highly recommend this business for repairs.

I recently got my car serviced at North Amherst Motors. They did a phenomenal job of repairing my car, the car looks better than before my collision accident. They maintained transparent communication with me throughout the repair process and answered all the questions I had. Not once did I feel like I was getting ripped off. Instead, I felt taken care of and as a newer driver that is a feeling I don’t have often. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I am happy customer. If I ever need any other repairs, I would definitely back here.

The people at North Amherst Motors were wonderful and accommodating. Unfortunately my vehicle turned out to be a total loss per the insurance people but I would definitely return for any body work needs because of how well I was treated. I found a dent on my vehicle caused by a hit-and-run on a parking lot. I brought the vehicle to North Amherst Motors for advice. Andrew was knowledgable, informative and courteous. He showed me other related obscure spots as well. He let me know how he and his team were going to work on it. So I filed an insurance claim and trusted North Amherst Motors the repairing job. They worked diligently in a timely fashion and kept me posted of the progress. At the end they did a detailing job and made the vehicle look like new inside out! I was totally satisfied and happy.

Usually don't write reviews. Jill and the rest of the people are very helpful and communicated with me very well through text. (I work a lot.) Got my new headlight in and was able to pass the state Inspection 🙌 My land lady recommended them to me and now I recommend them to you!
