Beautiful store! The employee was extremely kind, it made me want to buy even more. Prices are really fair for the quality too. I will 100% be repurchasing online.

This store has the coolest vibes! And so many great products. As soon as you walk in it smells incredible. Was able to get some amazing tea and soaps and some art from a local artist. Definitely will be back when I'm in town. :)

i was in a rush to drive back home but I definitely want to come back to browse the teas. Good collection of eclectic teas and tea / vintage writing related ephemera. Sick vibes too the store is super atmospheric

The most beautiful shop selling the most wonderful teas and candles. I'm a tea snob and a candle snob, and Diehl Marcus is one of my all time favorite shops. It's gorgeous, the shop keepers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the teas are fabulous. Always my first stop when visiting Salem!

Stopped in on a whim….when you walk in, it’s like stepping back in time! The storefront is so well decorated and put together for showcasing their teas, cups and candles. I’ll attach a photo but it won’t do it justice. Kat and Elsa were working behind the counter that day and were such a big help, they answered every question asked and let us smell each of the teas we asked for….not once did they make us feel like we were bothering them. The excellent customer service they provided is why we made purchases that day and will continue to support this company all the way from North Carolina! So thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality Kat and Elsa, please keep doing what you’re doing, it really does make a difference!!

This is such a beautiful store. Everything is so thoughtfully placed and selected. The candles smell amazing (especially the seasonal ones!) and the teas are delicious. We’ve already reordered. Thank you all!

Beautiful shop with antique tea shop vibe. They do in fact carry an array of antiques as well as body products and a vast selections of teas as well. It is so pretty from that outside as well. Teas come in bigger tins or small tea packs for about 10/12 dollars. The store clerks were so nice as well.

this was such a cute & cozy little shop!!! It was so nice inside & had such an awesome array of products & tea <3 we aren't from massachusetts, so we were just visiting, but tbh this is a place I would plan a trip to just to visit again. I didn't nearly spend as much time in here as I wanted & the person who was working was sweet & awesome. kudos to that employee who has bright pink hair & round(?) glasses! <3 I'll definitely be ordering online at some point - the couple from texas!!

The tea selection is top notch, the little antiques around the store are so interesting and add to the space. The candles and soaps all smell absolutely amazing. I love the space and the staff. Always stop in when in Salem. Ordering online is also very easy, but the vibes in person are immaculate

Visiting Salem, from coastal NC and stumbled upon this place. Very inviting atmosphere and the staff went above and beyond with every patron. My niece and I were very impressed with Elsa and Kat. They were very knowledgeable and courteous when answering our questions, and making recommendations. The even let us smell some of the different 'flavors' before we made our purchases. Kudos to you Diehl Marcus & Co for having these two on board.

Super nice and cute little shop! Thank you fore the awesome products! It was a bit crowded when I was in there, which I understand is not their fault, but it was a little tight when they were busy. My only thing is that some items are a little overpriced for things you could get at thrift stores for less, otherwise AMAZING customer service and amazing Teas and soaps! Thank you so much for the sample tea and I absolutely love the products I bought!

I really like the soap, and the little soap bag that's biodegradable. But you know what keeps me coming back? The small handwritten notes I get in my order, wishing me well. Just a small touch means so much. I wish nothing but the best for this business and thank them for their care and lovely products.

This was our favorite shop when we visited Salem. Kate was super lovely and helped us find everything we needed, even gave us a map to help us find what we were looking for around the city (labeled it and circled the best places around)! The tea there is amazing, absolutely worth it

A very lovely and charming atmosphere. Immediately welcoming, and some of the best customer service I've ever received. The products are amazing, and they do have an online shop which I will be definitely using when I get back home. If you are in Salem and have the opportunity to stop in, please do. 100/10.

I went a few weeks ago with my dad, who recommended the place. The store fits perfectly with everything you look for in Salem. I bought a couple loose leaf teas to take home. I am completely obsessed, I have two cups a day. I live kind of far so I ordered a few new flavors online. They arrived in just two days (I live in CT). So impressed!! Highly recommend.

Such a cool shop! Has a lovely wall of teas. From decently sized tea tins to sample bags with a wide variety. Their line of candles smell amazing and it took great fortitude to resist buying half their stock.

This shop is adorable! I have a feeling that between the amazingly scented candles (with some clever literary names), the loose leaf teas and the antiques, I'm going to be spending a lot of time and money here!
