Cynthia, Hailey, and the front desk team were awesome and helpful. They got me in when I desperately needed a doctors help. Friendly and quick service. They also got me a referral to another provider for some work I need that would need to see a specialist. And helped me Find service within my budget. Stephanie was my hygienist for my cleaning and intake process and she worked quickly while informing me of what was happening and teaching me everything I needed to know about the procedures and preventative measures I could take at home and the science behind what was happening in my mouth. Dr. Medaugh was helpful and kind and personable. They all worked to make phone calls on my behalf regarding my care. I liked that he was informative and to the point and tried to get me care that was affordable. They helped make it an easy and kind visit. I have some severe anxiety and have had some bad dental experience in previous offices so I was extremely pleased and comforted by the helpful and kind staff. Stephanie got me through a tricky exam which could have been painful, but it wasn’t because of her precision and skill and communication, she was encouraging and checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. Cynthia helped me work with my insurance company and the front desk staff helped me schedule a follow up to continue my care. Very thankful to Dr. M and his lovely staff for all their help and knowledge. They were very understanding of my needs and worked efficiently to get me cared for in a Way that was stress free and painless from first call to schedule all the way to the check out. Very pleased with the services provided today and happy to have such a great team to help me get back on track for a healthier smile. Thankful for all their hard work to help me out.

Raven and Cynthia create a very welcoming appointment. Both truly care about their patients. Dr. M is the most amazing artist when it comes to crowns. Worth the extra time!

I have been a patient here for almost 2 years, not only has this office been MORE then accommodating to my schedule, but has helped me out twice with needing to come in on very short notice for a dental emergency! Everyone here is so friendly and gentle. They want you to feel comfortable and welcome. They also do an amazing job at explaining what they plan to do to help you take care of your teeth, and to help you relax before cleanings and repairs. Hands down, the best dental office I’ve ever been to, from the receptionists to the hygienists and dentists!!

I started going to Valley Dentist Of Belchertown a year ago when i needed some work done. I was scared to see a new dentist ( i was previously going to baystate dental in Belchertown which i would.
NEVER recommend to anyone) but i needed to find a dentist who cared and wanted to actually help me rather than sell me things one after the next. I went in to see Dr.Medough for my first consultation and he was able to fix me up the same day. I needed a root canal and as scared as i was, both him and his staff made me feel as comfortable as possible right down to the massage dentist chair! They were all thorough with the procedure and the follow up. The customer service here is amazing! Iv never had a doctor or dentist who will text me if i need something or they miss my call. Cynthia is there to ensure no one is missed and all concerns are addressed quickly! Here i am a year later and after multiple cleanings with Raven (I always hated cleanings because they hurt, but she does the best job without making me leave in pain), I'm getting Invisalign through them and i could never have gotten them without their help and support. Thank you to everyone at Valley Dentist for helping this past year and getting me closer and closer to my smile goals!

Brought my 17-year old and 9-year old in for some Dental work. Now mind you, this is after some TERRIBLE past experiences at another local practice. Needless to say, anxiety and nervousness were very present. Cynthia (and another lovely lady) were there to greet us. They were Wonderful and assured us everything would be okay. Raven was great with both my sons and told us what procedures needed to be done. She got to work and did AMAZING. after she was done, she proceeded to tell us more Dental work needed to be done. The whole experience was great and the kids had no complaints. Anxiety was down, but still present for the next appointment. Cynthia was there again to greet us and she even remembered us (Great Service). Dr. Chalino, Liliya, and Jen were OUTSTANDING. They were Gentle, Informative, Kind, and Professional. Dr. Chalino and Liliya explained everything step by step to my kids and even let them see the instruments that they were going to use. Overall, a wonderful experience. Procedures were done, anxiety completely gone about visiting a Dental Practice. I highly recommend this place. They are the best. My kids now have no issues or worries about their next procedures. Also, no problems with insurance either. I wish I would have found this place sooner.

It took me over 50 years to find a dentist that I felt comfortable with that knew what they were doing. He and his staff are extremely pleasant. I actually look forward to seeing them.
For YEARS I've been dealing with sleep apnea. I would wake up exhausted and drag through the day. I had the sleep study done twice, which I couldn't complete. Dr. Mark Medaugh and his staff took great care of me, created a dental appliance that has literally changed my life. I can't say enough about them...AMAZING!!!

Highly recommend. Staff so nice and friendly and are always doing their best to help people!!! Plus my teeth are perfectly health thanks to them! Raven and Lisa are the best hygienists!!! Also Cynthia the receptionist is always working her magic to get me an appointment so quickly!

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a while before deciding it was very much time to go and make an appointment (I am high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist). I kind of randomly picked Dr. Medaugh in Belchertown, mostly because I lived in that town and it was close to me. I’m glad I did, because the staff is great. Super nice. Cynthia is great, as are the hygienists. I never once felt nervous during any appointments, even when I needed my first root canal. The doctor has the same humor as I do, so that was a plus. Also, he plays really nice music in the office!

I worked at Valley dentists of Belchertown for a little over a year. I have nothing but the best remarks for the practice. From the first moment I walked through the door, the manager Cynthia and the team members were so welcoming. I was not sure how I would fit in with the team, however they were very happy to put me through the process of becoming equipped to do my duties. Dr. Medaugh was equally very gracious and patient teaching a newbie things as he went about caring for his patients. I have visited other dental practices, but I have never met a group of people so dedicated in delivering top notch services to their patients. I very much value all that I learned during my time at Valley Dentists of Belchertown. I would recommended the practice to both patients and future dental students.

They did a great job on my teeth. Best dentist I’ve used thus far. The assistant Jenny was really nice and funny. Made me feel not so nervous and made the experience enjoyable other than the teeth prodding part.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. mark d medaug at Valley dentist of belchertown for my routine dental check-up, and the cleanings and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, the entire visit exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

First and foremost, the staff at the dental practice were incredibly warm and welcoming.They greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. The receptionist efficiently handled the administrative tasks, and the dental hygienist was friendly and attentive throughout the cleaning process and a very little wait time.

Dr.mark d medaug himself is an exceptional dentist. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the way he carefully explained each step of the examination and treatment process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt informed.

I recently finally, changed my Dentist as I was going to a more corporate structured Dentist environment here in the Belchertown area. Today was my first visit with my new Dentist Valley Dental of Belchertown. Quite impressive and could not be happier!! Family owned business who take pride in what they do best Dentistry. But most importantly, customer service and just kindness go a long way. Thank you Dr Mary, Cynthia, but all who greeted me today with a smile. 😊

It was my first time at Valley Dentist as i was waiting in the waiting room a couple came in and the receptionist greeted them by name before they said anything,i was honestly very impressed she was very energetic and very nice.

The doctors were very nice, examined throughly which is very important told me how they could help and referred me to the best oral surgeon, i felt like i was going there all my life. To me it’s definitely worth the commute from my house, Valley Dentist thank you very much. 🙏

Cynthia was a great help she was amazing she made sure i got the best referrals she got through to my pharmacy when i misplaced my prescription she was very nice energetic response was fast thank u so much Cynthia. (Only worked through phone, wasn’t the person at the desk day of my visit ) 2 different people.

This has been my go-to Dental office for years. The hospitality is unmatched, the charm is unmatched, in turn, my teeth are unmatched. Any naysayer, deep down, is having an internal battle between reality and fiction. The pedigrees of each and every practitioner is incomparable to rivaling dentists. If you don’t religiously go to The Valley Dentists for your dental wants and needs, you’re at the bottom of the barrel and your teeth are most likely clapped.

Took my 14 year old son here because we were not happy at his prior practice. Raven was amazing after the appointment my son said she was awesome she talked to me like she knew me already! Dr M explained to my husband about my sons hygiene and what he had diagnosed. Very happy that my son will be much happier going to the dentist. Everyone from the front desk to the back were very welcoming and friendly. Office is clean and love the seasonal decorations outside.

All Aces! In a league of their own... and the head honcho - Dr. Medaugh, he's a Master! Down to earth, intriguing, witty, no nonsense, and get this - he actually cares. I know ha? Yes, they all do. The admin, Cynthia, she knows her business and she’ll go to bat for you. Personally, I left my former Dentist of 15yrs because I needed a root canal. So they sent me to a neighboring orthodontist in Hadley (partners in crime), who incensed me so thoroughly that I took to the internet with ruffled feathers and stumbled upon Dr. Medaugh. He invited me in, nabbed my records, sat me down and fixed me right up! I haven't looked back since. I see the staff is growing as of late, but all for the better. My current experience with their newest dentist has been nothing short of remarkable. Know this, I'm not easily impressed. Ok, I’ll end here, on the hygienists, in a phrase - the pick of the litter, Crème de la crème! Do me a favor and go somewhere else because I want them all to myself!

Dr. Medaugh is very knowledgable and accommodating at a moment's notice. Note, in addition to being an accomplished dentist, Dr. Medaugh also has an Art background and makes amazing temporary teeth (they look pretty amazing and are functional) while you await for your permanent crown. Cynthia in the front office and Raven, dental hygienist, really know their work. Extremely competent and professional for the past 3+ years of service. I recommend.

My whole family has been going to this practice for 5 years or more. We absolutely love coming here and we could not be more grateful for the care that my kids,my husband and I have received.. People at the front desk are always very helpful and professional . Dr Medaugh has always been there for us and very helpful with all the questions we have. Any emergency we have ever had, they have always accommodate us to be seen same day which is very convenient. I look forward for my cleaning every time because the dental hygienist always does a fantastic job.

Valley Dentist has been taking care of my husband and me for 14 years now. My husband recently had a dental emergency and they took him right away. They referred him to a surgeon who couldn't help him the day he went so Cynthia advocated for him and got him into a surgeon quickly as he had other issues that can be affected by dental problems. She sent him to a great place. She kept us informed on her progress and even texted us the day after the appointment to see
how my husband was! We are so thrilled to be a part of the Valley Dentist family.
