AAA North Andover

Did my MA "Real i.d." there. Booked an online appointment, it was great. No line, courteous employees... I had even forgotten to fill out an online portion of the application which they did for me there in their system. Definitely recommend that over the DMV any day!

This is what the RMV should look like. It is a privilege to be able to take advantage of registry services at this location. The road test examiner was awesome and the front desk staff is kind and efficient. Highly recommend this location and AAA in general.

I’ve been using the North Andover AAA for awhile now. They are the best! Very helpful staff and a pleasant experience all around with a special shout out to Maria and Michael today! Also want to recognize Jake who processed my Real ID renewal quickly, efficiently and with a friendly manner. Kudos to all.

On a recent visit to the AAA North Andover branch, my partner and I received excellent service from Maria. We waited barely a few minutes, and Maria was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this location for your AAA needs.

Visited AAA office in North Andover , MA to get a real id. I would recommend everyone to use this facility. The service team is trained . Zero wait time ( because of appointment) but the team out there is helpful. If you miss a document they are helpful and depending on the number of people waiting are nice enough to help you . Staples is very close in case you need to get a copy.

Efficient, full service location including registry of motor vehicles. All staff are professional, well trained and can answer every question. Very little wait time and convenient parking is a plus.

I had a good experience here. The guy before me and the guy after me wouldn't agree. I was fortunate enough to have all the necessary paperwork to complete my license renewal. One slip and they will blow up the whole appointment! My advice is to make sure you have your s#*t together lol

Went there to get a Real ID driver's license and it took only 15-20 minutes from walking in the door. There were only 4 people in front of me. Amazing service! Much better than the Registry of Motor Vehicle that has a long wait and a big crowd to do anything.

Walked in and was seen right away. I made an appointment for my real ID and to have new passport pictures taken. The person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and fully explained everything I would need to bring on the day of my appointment, as well as gave me all the necessary forms for my passport renewal. Will definitely be making this location my go to for AAA.

Never go to the RMV again. The staff here are friendly and courteous. If your documents aren't quite right they will walk through exactly what you need next time. The office is uncrowded and clean. After years of suffering through the RMV this was a breath of fresh air.

Quick in and out for passport photos. No appointment was required at the time though I'm not sure if that's still the case with delta variant. I went in on a weekday around 11am. I was in and out in under 10 minutes easily. If you wanted to RMV services, there seemed to be a line of 2 people so way better than RMV

My husband and I went here to get our Real IDs. There was no wait and it took all of twenty minutes for both of us. Very friendly staff. We also got free passport photos taken. A great experience!
