Why work, get social security, let the working peaple pay for the lazy through taxation

They do the best they can in tough situations, but still room for improvement that’s for sure . They do help in many situations taking children away from abusive homes . I know a case of a couple that committed fraud that were jailed . without establishments like this these children would be worse off .

I completely agree my DCF worker keeps putting words in my mouth and sincerely not listening to me. Don't know how to even write my correct e-mail address down. Department of Family services is supposed to work with families. People now are doing the bare minimum and never go out of there way to do the right thing. Sometimes going the extra mile to help someone else means more than a person could possibly understand. I am a firm believer in one hand helps another even though it is very rare for something good to happen to me. If DCF workers do the best they can why not listen to a 9 year old girl when she asks her school for help. She gets put into her abusers care. One mother later taken from him because he was doing cocaine and selling her toys. Tell me how this is right. As a mother not winning a custody case because I can't afford an attorney instead his mothers hires an attorney because an attorneys job is to win at all cost and make the other party look bad in the process.

Hi my daughter is Lily Slart was placed in dcf custody I just want to visit,its has been years I called but they told me to talk to the supervisor so I tried calling no answer plus I left messages for the staff to have the supervisor to call me still no call.. her foster parent is sherry I had her number before but I lost it. and my daughter is 13 years old by now ,if anybody can let me know how to contact sherry or lily please help me reach them.. is been 10 years since last contact wit sherry and my daughter.

I am a foster child from this office. I can say this is the worst DCF office anyone can ever work at or even associate with. I have been with this system for about 6 years now, all for no reason. My social worker barely does her job and solely acts based off her own time. These people look at a parent in need of help and think that they are unstable and immediately take their kids away. I will be turn 16 this year and I am counting down the years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes AND seconds til I turn 18.

In August of 2021 my 17yr old daughter filed a 51A against her mom, in September my daughter got so sick she almost passed away from covid
Hospital doctors had to file a 51a also and the original complaint was forgotten
My kid wanted to live with me but because i had a past opiate issue I BECAME THE ISSUE.
Due to the stress associated with DCF i relaps

This office had a false complaint about me and the worker who was supposed to come investigate never did and wrote some false elaborate report that he was at my house and spoke to my children. He then made a decision on allegations that Im still unaware of to leave my case open I’m so confused I thought investigators actually had to investigate just making a decision without investigation is violating my civil rights

I've called numerous times trying to get into contact with an Adolescence Outreach Worker concerning the discharge support program and nobody picks up the phone nor has anyone called back. This is very important and also has to do with my schooling. This is setting me back from enrolling in classes for this semester.

Criminal's and that kind of behavior come in many packages, them being one of these packages. When our government has givin power to acute minded organization(in whole)this is the final product. not everyone (IS/SHOULD BE) a parent, there are kids out there that needed the help and eas helped by them.. But over all they do more bad then good knowingly ripping apart loving MOM'S/DAD'S from there children, normally turning them into a strangers pay check

Very sorry excuse for DCF. That is exactly why children die under DCF. The children that need it unfortunately get neglected. If you actually paid attention to children that need services VS. people that are trying to waste you’re time you’re death to survival ratio would be a lot better.

It's all about the money kids be dying I'm DCF custody or even the people they put them with and they take them from there parents and put them in worst conditions and living and these strangers be having those kids like slaves cleaning there house or if they refuse they scared them and tell them they going to bring them back to DCF If they really wanted to help the parents to get there kids back then it b different story just like that lol girl said they give u a plan and everything on it u doing it down to the t and then just like she said they add more conditions this need to stop these places is ruining these kids life and some people that adopt kids or at there place temporarily treat them good and alot tray them bad but they get money for the kids every three months for clothes and when they get sick they give them more money plus the states pay them real they get a $1,800 a month and that's not including the money when they sick and there's clothes money they get every three months but guess what when they life expires they are going to answer To God

Dcf stole my children we came from Florida my mom was very sick we were staying in a camper and dcf sead it wasn't a proper place for a child the trid to say kids have to have shoes on at all time and should not be playing in the sand box so thy took them trumped up charges we have done everything in our service plan every time we are almost done they add more and tell court we are not doing anything on our plan it's been a year now now they want to put them up for adoption so if you hear dcf pack your kids dont tell anybody and leave the state do not trust them you will get a call to go to there office or they are coming to you leave if you love your children

I can barely ever get anyone to answer their main line. Once I do speak to someone they are always unhelpful as they transfer me to the person I “might” be looking for i end up getting a voice mail and never getting a call back. It’s like they don’t care about the kids and are only there for the paycheck

Bad service, they don't care, they defend the aggressor, especially if it's a woman. completely disappointed.
