THEY SEEN MY CHIHUAHUA, NAMED, "MARLEY", THE SAME DAY, FROM JUST WALKING IN, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE REALLY BUSY... AND, THAT REALLY MEANT A LOT TO ME.... MY BABY WAS REALLY MISERABLE, ITCHING CONSTANTLY, FROM FLEAS, WHILE TREATED WITH ADVANTIX, AND GOT INFECTION FROM THE BITES.... THEY GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS, AND A WONDERFUL ANTI-MICROBIAL SHAMPOO FOR HIS SKIN AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING IN 2 DAYS.... NEW CHEWABLE FLEA MEDICATION, AND THE PRICE WAS REALLY REASONABLE.... ALREADY MADE APPOINTMENT FOR MY OTHER BABY.... THANK YOU.....

Brought my 10 month old rescue male kitten there to receive shots and get neutered. The staff was very kind and my boy healed very well. Just rescued a 10 week old female and will be calling to make her an appointment for her shots tomorrow. I think with what they have to work with and the fact they are doing it at such a low cost, we need to be thankful. These things like spaying and neutering cats and dog cost WAY more at a regular vet!!! Also, not everyone has a good day, so if one of the staff is having an off day, it doesn't reflect on the office or the rest of the staff or service you're getting. This is a service industry it's not all sunshine and rainbows 24/7. We are all human. We all have off days. The staff does their best with what they have to work with. Be thankful there is a cheaper option than some other Vets that can cost double or triple what they charge. If you're not happy, go elsewhere. It's just like finding a doctor for yourself. You may not click with the 1st one you go to and find someone else. As for my experience, it was a positive one, and that is why I am going back!

I brought Java and Sam to get neutered and spayed. The first day they had a hard time with the anesthesia (understandably), but just after that day, they went back to their cat duties and they're thriving. The ladies were always nice and they've always picked the phone up in case I had any questions.Thank you :)!

Brought in 2 Kittens that we found in our yard to get checked up & we decided to keep them :) The Staff is Very Nice. You can tell they love animals and everything went smoothly. Thank you to all u awesome ladies and Gents!!

Everyone was friendly and professional, took great care of my Shih Tzu.Frankies appointment was at 10:30 am and we were out by 11 am ,can't get any better than that.

Got an appointment very quickly. They were very helpful with the whole process and made things easy and smooth. I have my own vet that I usually have my cats done at however the prices for neutering and spaying have drastically increased to over $400. I called here and spoke to someone and got an appointment right away for the following week, $75 deposit and that went towards the surgery itself. I ended up paying much less than $200 for the procedure! Definitely worth the 30 min drive from my area. 1000% would recommend them to anyone and everyone with cats and dogs.

What a pleasant experience! They treated my cats like family. Spayed one an wouldnt even know a day later. They did a phenomenal job. Minimal scarring. Just a cute lil belly button. Highly recommended

My kitten just got spayed yesterday but she seems to already be doing great! You wouldn’t even know she had surgery even though we are limiting her activity level so she can heal properly. The price was also only about $210 (before extra stuff I personally decided to pay for) which is amazing compared to the other places, (if you have a male kitten it’s cheaper) They’re also kind and took me in pretty fast. I believe that price also comes with a free shot and free nail trim as well. I’m also impressed she doesn’t have to wear a cone either (unless your cat excessively starts licking themselves)
I wish they had a doctor there that spays dogs so I could spay my puppy with them :( but nonetheles great experience, cats are over populated and it’s amazing they spay/neuter at these affordable prices. thank you!

Great prices! Carrying, compassionate and professional staff. I highly recommend this place. I brought in my two cats to get their shots and to get spayed. They healed fast with no problems. I have had many cats over the years and have always gone here. I've never had even a single problem with care or staff. Love this place!

We just got a puppy and needed to get him shots and have a check up. Staff are great. Information is clear when you have questions, and prices are awesome. I was scared I would go broke giving my puppy medical attention, but this place is budget conscience and aren't pushy. I was in and out too, so the whole experience has been terrific!

Love taking my pet female dog here for her routine care. The vet is so nice and great with the animals. Reasonably priced which is a plus in my book. Staff is super friendly and its a very small but comfortable waiting room.

I found Animal Associate's to be very reasonable in there prices. The Vet is awesome in my opinion. Staff is very pleasant. As they also work with Animal Advocates who help pay some of the cost to spay and neuter your pet cats and dogs for you at a discounted price for those with low income owners that qualify for it.

The staff are caring,knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The doctor has a special way animals that is calming. If I concerned about an issue my cats may have he takes the time to explain everything leaving me feeling satisfied and reassued when I leave there.

All I can say about this place is they r terrific!! Terrific staff n an absolute great vet though didn't have the chance to meet. Was in n out in no time. Rabies shot nail trim n advant on her to guard against fleas even though shes a house cat . Total $84.00. And to top it off I brought her in for a follow up from going n staying overnight at Bay State vetinary hospital which they were treating my cat for an upper respiratory infection that she didn't even have. So people be aware of them they will rob u blind. They diagnosed my cat n medicated her for nothing . The only reason she had a hard time breathing was she's obese. And now have a 1;389.00 bill ,,😡For nothing wrong with her that Bay State said she had. Go figure. Thieves are what they are. Be aware of Bay State Vetinary Hospital.

What a great experience with my dog Bozley, the staff was helpful, courteous, and very professional. The vet tech was so loving to my poor little sick guy and he loved her as well! Thank You again, I will be back.

I recently adopted a dog from a family member and this is where they used to take him. The staff was phenomenal and so friendly. Definitely affordable and they really care about their jobs and your furry kids.
