This place is way better than the orange or the blue stores ( whose names we shall not mention here) . More small important things, hard to find connectors, wider selection of fasteners, clamps, washers, tubing, grommets, wire, spare parts for fridges, washers, blinds, etc etc. A fantastic resource for fix it guys like me. Not much lumber, but no problem.

They have everything that I was looking for. bought paint recently the products are excellent very informative people there

Love this place.
The staff is always very helpful especially with locating random hardware. If I am looking for a specific, random item.. this is my spot. They also have kindling and out door plants etc and a propane filling station. Much preferred to the big box, hardware stores.

Walt was able to make me a key with the old system because the new system said it couldn't be done.

Was having issues with an online order- was transferred to an associate named Jessica who went above and beyond to fix the problem! Great customer service is always appreciated- and deserves recognition! Thank you!

Fist I used to work at the New True Value on the Bridge to be honest.

So I was looking for a 7” chimney brush and some 6’ rods. Home Depot had nothing they told me to go to a stove shop.
I called Rocky’s they told me they had the rods when I drove there they didn’t have any. Tractor Supply didn’t either.

But anyway I always thought True Value was the best hardware store around till I went to Ace Hardware yesterday.
Ace has a much better layout than any of the stores I was at.
Also the attention to detail and neatness of all the products especially the hose sold by the foot display. It’s just an easy store to shop and the Staff was very knowledgeable.

Great Store I would highly recommend it.

Picked up a 4watt led light. Works as expected.

Convenient little hardware store a few minutes from our house. Obviously, not as money efficient as driving to the bigger stores, but it's convenient and has saved us many trips farther away.

Reminds me of the old Benny's that has a little everything we need. And no big franchise will ever knock them down. And I'm very thankful for having an Ace in my town.

Great selection of products, they have all the things I need for gardening. It's also right around the corner from my house so that's nice.
P. S. Just went by there again today, realized they have way more products than I realized for gardening. All this time I've been ordering stuff online and I could've gone right to Ace Hardware and got it for cheaper.

Every time I go there the people are so nice, and go out of their way to help you. Apply for a rewards card, and get discounts. The selection is a lot more than I excepted, and displayed well. The store is clean, and has ample parking. 5 stars for sure.

I've been coming here for many years. The staff always treats their customers like family. They have everything you need, one stop hardware shopping. Prices are very reasonable and it doesn't take a half day to walk around the store. I've never gone into this store and not leave without what I went there for.

This ace is huge and seem to have everything you need here aside from 500 grit sanding paper. Other than that pretty good

We are so lucky to have this ACE hardware on Dartmouth Street. The traffic around the big box stores in town is terrible and this store has lots of parking. They have just about anything that I need for a surprise home repair. During a heavy rain storm they ran out of plastic fittings for a sump pump due to demand that day. I was perfectly OK with purchasing the steel version of the same fitting which they had in stock. The price difference was a about five dollars. The manager (Matt?) apologized for the lack of stock during a flooding rain and then between the time I walked away from him and got to the counter he radioed that I should be charged for the cheaper plastic fitting. Service and convenience are why I always go back to this Ace Hardware.

So convenient, good selection of tools hardware and home wares. Sign up for ace rewards and they will mail you gift cars every month. Shop wisely and there basically giving you 40 to 50 a month for free...

Great store! price matched the big box store with no hassle. Unfortunately had a problem with a blower but they exchanged quickly with no problems 5 stars!
