Picking up a load at location early on my appointment got dock immediately. Also got little issue with trailer guy named Tim helped with it really appreciate it. Although team at Herman Warehouse is very good and fast quick in and out. Really want to get some more loads from here. Thank you

I got to location to load and Rick Hamlin advise of a little hole on my trailer. He immediately told me he would take care of it so I could get loaded. I have never experienced this kind of service. Thanks Rick. Your most definitely appreciated.

I was running behind from getting border clearance 6 hours late the day before. My company called to let them know and when I got here Rick got me into a door right away to load. We are here often loading for home and it’s never been a bad experience dealing with these guys.

It was a great place to pick up a load. Had a 1400 appointment and showed up to 1030 and put into a dock immediately and done by 1145. I'd definitely puck up or deliver here again.

I arrived early for my appointment to find out that my order is not until tomorrow 4/5 and with the help of Rick and the amazing staff he was able to get me loaded today so I can make it back home by tomorrow with my load . Herman warehouse staff’s good working that take care and show appreciation to the drivers

Good place to deal with! Had a 9 am appointment got here at 8 and they put me straight in a door.I dealt with a dockworker named Tim who was on it! Had me in and out in within a hour..

Got here early like always do before appointment time,and Rick dock coordinator always gets me loaded before appointment time. Thank you and to the whole crew

I have been to this location multiple times for deliveries they have great customer service and they get u in and out I believe the gentleman name is Rick he definitely took care of me

Loaded right away, there are two businesses here, one on the right one on left if you're there for batteries, go to left side of building local drivers very friendly.

This my first time here at Hermann warehouse and I had a good experience as I wait for my pickup number Rick offered me coffee and soon I received my pickup he put me on dock and loaded right away..

Good morning, I like to share how clean New Castle Hermann Warehouse is. Andre Washington does an amazing job keeping the warehouse clean inside and outside of the warehouse.

New castle Hermann warehouse I love theseguy I arrived late for my appointment and they wasn't mad at all just loaded me up quick and fast and I was able to make it home in time thanks Dustyn Nd Hermann's team...

Got here at 1:30 PM found out that I had a hole in my trailer. The guys were very polite about it when they showed it to me. I called a road service to come out. These guys waited for the trailer to be repaired. They loaded me after the cut off time. I really appreciate that because this was my load going to the house. I told the guy at the check in that owed him and he said no sir have a great day and a safe trip home.

In and out for pick up they re professional specially Tim and other gays are helpful

I pick up and deliver for a national company and have served the New Castle area for 18 years. I've been to every warehouse in the region as well as south New Jersey and the crew at Hermann Warehouse is by far the best of them all. Excellent, fast loads every time and the staff are outstanding people.
Go ahead, use Hermann Warehouse and you won't have to worry about your freight.
