Walgreens

This is the Walgreens store I use for my prescriptions, shop at, etc. This particular store is absolutely wonderful. They are always efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. If an issue should arise with your prescription, doctor's office, and/or insurance (which it certainly has in my case, on more than one occasion ) they are ALWAYS on top of it. Whether it be requesting more info. from doctor's office, making a call, or sending a fax, they will take the time to meet your needs, and to answer any questions without making you feel like an inconvenience. Their pharmacy staff is great, as are their clerks. Always there to greet you, and always ready to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently moved to Delaware and had to switch pharmacies. Since this Walgreens was the closest to my house, this is where I chose. I kept my doctor's offices the same, however, my doctors seem to have trouble changing my preferred pharmacy. After multiple calls with Walgreens and my doctor's office, I finally got help from Sarita in the pharmacy. She was spectacularly helpful! She called my insurance company, my old pharmacy, and communicated with me. She was able to help me get the prescription that I need ready ASAP. She was so nice and helpful through all of the calls that she had to make and I am so grateful that I did not have to jump through all of those hoops. Thank you Sarita!

Pharmacy Staff is the Best. Murali, Joyce have been there since day 1 and have been thoughtful and caring. It's nice to go where you are greeted by name.

The staff here is wonderful and thoughtful! This store was such a asset to our little community during the pandemic.

I'm from out of town and this pharmacy had that home town feel. Very refreshing.

I get all of my health product here they just about have everything I need.it may b expensive but that's the place to shop

I went to Walgreens to get my prescription filled, the girl asked me was I going to wait or come back for it and I said I will wait, so I went around and meet my shopping and I was waiting for my phone to go off because it usually goes off when it's ready so I went back and when I went the pharmacy and I started knocking on the door and saying we are closed back tomorrow, I had to get to assistant manager to get my prescription back I think this is was so rude, someone needs to talk to your pharmacist and teach him how to be nice and not rude, the assistant manager tried his best and explain to the pharmacy that they didn't say they're closing but he just got my prescription that they told me to come back the next day, I did go back the next day and I talked to the manager and I told him how rude the pharmacist what's towards me, I really like shopping at Walgreens but I don't think I'll ever take more prescription there again, at least this Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff & pharmacist is always nice and pleasant but service has gone down hill big time.
Service as in getting prescriptions filled, I had something called in on Tuesday for a procedure this coming Monday, they didn’t have it in stock so said they would order. It’s now Friday, it’s still not filled and no one at the pharmacy has answered the phones I was on hold 3 separate times today for over 20minutes then their system disconnected me, this is extremely frustrating! They commonly don’t have medications in stock. Also I have an infection on my foot and got a script for a cream, it took them over 24hours to fill! It only needed to be pulled off the shelf, put a sticker on and processed! I needed this asap!
It also sucks they are only open limited hours and no weekends!
