In a word Lakeisha and the Cunningham Team were AMAZING! Actually another great word to sum up, the amazing service we received from Lakeisha was life-saving. When my father passed and we found out that he had a reverse mortgage that he still owed money on. It was a bit overwhelming. I myself have never owned a home. I've always rented and I'm the type that lives paycheck to paycheck. All the talk of money and taxes and what goes where was absolutely again overwhelming, not to mention we were also out of state so this made the process a little more daunting. Lakeisha basically held my hand through this emotional and difficult time. She was always there either via text, a phone call an email and or in person.She responded quickly if not on the first ring. She was the utmost professional and you could tell she knew her stuff inside and out. We were in search for a rental property with a pretty short time frame and she did her best to accommodate our requests.
