I really would like to thank Carol for being amazing on my father‘s birthday. We had a rough start of the day and she helped make everything wonderful. Dinner was all set, and she took very good care of us. Even had us download the app which saved us time and money. Thank you very much.

Called at 11am to see if they could accommodate a last minute birthday party for us at 2pm due to the weather and they were wonderful! Food was great they blocked off a whole area for us to use and the service was excellent! Thanks again Papa Gino’s for saving the day for us!

I've been enjoying Papa Gino's for 50 years now. Only one in a forty mile radius when I was a kid. Then it blew up to two in every city. Now back to only one, but still fantastic. You always know what you are going to get, no matter which restaurant you visit. Really glad they brought back the Rustic crust.

Came at dinner time on Superbowl Sunday and as busy as they were, they were extremely professional and friendly. Awesome team here!

Great food, will go here again. Only downside is the prices have gone up and I don’t think it’s a good value.

I've been coming here at least 2x a week with my autistic 2 year old because these days papa Gino's pizza is the only thing he will eat (he is a very picky eater). I order ahead on the mobile app my order is always fresh and ready and the staff is very friendly and understanding. We usually sit at the same table and one time it was closed off for a party and since the party was not happening at that moment I asked James if we could please sit at our usual table and he agreed with no hesitation. Thank you to James and the staff at the fairhaven papa Gino's!

I always order here for my family. Very honest and respectful people. Good is always fresh on delivery. While paying my bill I added a15% to to your driver and I gave the driver 20.00 to give to my server Madison for her exceptional customer service. Thank you all for you time and patience. 52 pleasant st.

I have to say while I'm okay with the pizza at this Papa Gino's this review isn't really about that. Whenever I go to a place if the service is great I try to give a shoutout to the person providing it and the last few times my mom and I gone to get lunch or dinner we have had a great experience while being waited on by Caroline! Caroline always has a smile on and is really attentive. What a sweetheart! Last time we went I asked for extra ketchup and boy did Caroline give us extra ketchup. Like 5 packets and then tossed on 5 or 6 extra napkins. OH,and didn't mind when I went back and asked for salt. The pizza is okay and the team there is great. Especially Caroline!

Papa Gino's was one of my favorites growing up and it still is to this day. I had a chicken Parm sub there the other day and it was just as good as before. Their pizza is still very good and I will always go there over Greek style or any other chain. I just wish that they updated more of their stores to adapt more with the times. Maybe down the road, but I will keep coming here forever. Great service and great food!

Really great pizza, enjoyable atmosphere, kind staff, and clean restaurant overall. The person in charge at the time, Darien, really took extra attention to my order & family & showed great customer service. 10/10 would recommend if you’re ever in the area.
