The doctor is great. Took both of my cats when no one would. Staff is extremely nice. They were so gentle too. I am so glad they are my vet

We are new clients and have had great experiences here so far! The staff is very nice and accommodating. I personally really appreciate being able to go in the room with my dog the entire time during exams. I don’t leave my dogs anywhere, so this is a huge seller for me.

Been there a few times, nothing fancy. Parking is tough sometimes.
They care about my dog, and usually can get me almost right in. Happy with their service.

They are very professional and friendly. Always have a good amount of appointments that work for me. Most importantly they take great care of my fur babies. Highly recommend.

It's a small veterinary hospital,but the staff and Dr. there are awesome. They were very gentle and courteous with my cat. If you need a veterinarian please check them out.

They are the only vet that was able to save my dieing dog. Or willing with out taking out a mortgage. She was headed into a diabetic coma.
Everyone wanted to put her down after paying thousands in the hospital.
But crystal would not give up. She had a way of speaking to our animal and a never give up attitude. Just a reminder you're their for your animal and not you. so there going to be the ones getting all the attention.

Loved it they are awesome the really care compassion my 12 yr old pit only had a year from fla faught her jaw reconstructed cut her ears way to short with scissors full of scares she is kind loving never barks loves kids and animals and this place lowered knowing I'm on SS they were kind and gentle with her waited till she was calm and calm nail ears woodwork if you love your animal this is the place to go

I've been going to TLC since it first opened. Dr Brito is great. She is attentive and listens to her customers. She cares about her patients.

Very grateful for the care and compassion of all the staff here! For the first time, I felt like my pup (Alaskan Malamute) was treated like a family member and not just a patient. Thank you for being so kind, and caring in a time of need.

The only place that didn't turn my cat away..she was dying and everyplace said I had to wait at least two weeks ..she passed and I brought her there and they took care of everything..treated me so kindly and compassionately...well I am going to get a new pet soon and they are my new vet. A diamond in the rough...thank you TLC for caring about my cat in her last days. Sorry to say but everyone else treated her inhumanely. ❤ To TLC. I will be bringing my new pet there...looking forward to it....thank you

Affordable. Been going for years, had previous owner experience and now with new owner am still impressed with service. Have helped keep all my animals healthy. When fur baby sick and diagnosed with aggressive form of cancer helped me find best case scenario and let me know what to expect. I don't bring my fur babies anywhere else.

Amazing customer service took my dog in right away after she was bit by another dog (called other places they told me they could see her in 3-4 hours!!!) they kept my dog comfortable and was able to provide her with great care! She is doing great and recovering well. I even recieved a follow up call the next day to see how she was doing. Very impressed with the level of care she recieved and how much they truly cared for my pup! Thank you TLC for all you did for my pup ♡ you guys are amazing!

The front desk staff and techs were welcoming and well informed. The vet was sincere and helpful. I felt that my dog and two kitties were well taken care off. My pets look forward to their visits. highly recommend!!

They did a great job helping me with pepper's ear infection. They gave her a steroid injection, ear wash, ear drops, probiotic, and antibiotics all for the fair price of $210. They also allowed me to have my friend bring her there and sign me in for the very 1st time, and then talked to me on the phone about her condition. All my friend had to do was fill out the paperwork. They got my Pepper out of the car, brought her in, cared for her, brought her back out, and I paid the bill over the phone. It was the easiest least stressful vet appointment I've ever had. Very pleased with their service 😊

I never post reviews or even read them unless I’ve had a real bad experience or beyond great experience, with that being said I felt encouraged to write my review based on a great experience I had with TLC veterinarian in New Bedford. Tlc has always been a place I have always trusted for my animals. They are AFFORDABLE BUT…most important they are HONEST, HUMBLY ALL AROUND GOOD PEOPLE. I went on a trip this weekend and when I came back My beagle wasn’t walking at all not even able to pick up his head. OBVIOUSLY IN ALOT OF PAIN. It was Sunday being TLC was closed I went to Mass RI Vet in Swansea on Milford road. I told them I couldn’t afford many tests but would like to start with Lyme meds and pain if I could because he is resembling the same symptoms he had 6 yrs ago when diagnosed with Lyme,, and if they couldn’t do that I would see Tlc the next day. This was a call over the phone and there they said They would give him something for his Lyme and probably suggest other stuff. Needless to say because I declined the tests they sent my buddy home with no PAIN or Lyme meds regardless of the obvious. WHICH I CONSIDER NEGLECTING. BUT A 120$ bill. The next day I went to Tlc. They saved my dogs life…THE VERY next day Buddy is walking almost as good as he did before God bless TLC Veterinarian and a caring tech’s. I have seven siblings they all have dogs they all bring them there…thank you so much!! It’s the only place I trust

I fully recommend TLC vet. I have been going to TLC for years for all of my pets, since the old management. I have even moved, but still travel the 20 miles to go to TLC. The new management is great and Dr. Zeshan Qureshi is nothing short of an expert, he really knows what he is talking about. He can be a little blunt, I think he is just no-nonsense and honest, I do admire his ability to tell you if your pet has quality of life or not, and he will tell you. Another vet wanted to charge me $2500 for an endoscopy to see if my older cat had a tumor, they said an x ray would not show anything, they also had a $160 exam fee while TLC is only $60. Dr. Zeshan at TLC did an x-ray ($80) and found the tumor. He prescribed my cat some medications to help ease his breathing and some infection while he waits out his days. He is a great doctor and really knows his stuff. Dont let the low prices fool you! This is quality care at a great price, they are all about helping your pet, NOT taking your money!

Great staff! Reasonable prices. My cat Karma had an extremely risky surgery done here, and it turned out very successful. Thanks for saving my Baby!
