Absolutely amazing! After I couldn’t find the bike I wanted in my home state, I found Berkshire Bike and Board. I worked with Jay to get the bike shipped to me. It was amazingly easy and the service, communication, and advice was second to none! Jay is kind, thoughtful and smart! Five hundred stars!!!

Berkshire Bike and Board rented and set up 20 E bikes at a remote location for the morning of my daughters wedding. The service provided was exceptional and everything we needed was provide. So Grateful to Dave and his team at Berkshire Bike and Board. The ride was a huge success.

I drove over a hour and a half away to get my new gravel bike and I couldn’t be any happier. None of the bike shops around me were meeting my expectations but the whole crew here went above and beyond. They had a great inventory of bikes, parts, tires and apparel. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I have two absolute favorite bike shops in my area, this is one of them. Customer service is exemplary. They have a great stock of bikes, parts, and accessories. You guys ROCK! Thank you thank you, for fine tuning the derailleur on my e-mtn bike! I had an "oops" and it fell off a storage hoist at home. So it was slipping gears like mad. No worries for Steve, who's like a swiss-watch maker, and twice as nice! I'm a raving fan and always happy to recommend BB&B!

Recently bought a place in the area and was looking for a LBS to support. Got a tune up on my road bike at BB&B and was happy with the experience. Today I brought in a dented alloy gravel wheel and they made quick work of the repair! Definitely on board with recommending BB&B based on my two experiences.

We walked into the store and they had a huge selection of bikes. We were looking to get my scooter adjusted. It turns out it was something super simple. They showed us what to do and were super helpful. They have mostly bikes, a pretty nice selection of skateboards, and some scooters too. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend. P.S. Ask for Dave to help you out because he was super helpful.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, for the novice and the pro alike. If I lived closer this would be my go to shop for service and equipment.

I was having loud creaking and squeaking noises every time load was placed on the chain. BBB diagnosed it as a bottom bracket issue and fixed it on the spot in about 45 minutes. Great service!

Really awesome store I go there for my scooter stuff and today my friend wanted $20.99 +tax pegs and he only had a 20 dollar bill...they told me if I can do a tailwhip right in the store he can get the pegs. Sure enough I landed the tailwhip and there so cool like that and they're really nice!!! Thank you bike and board!!!!

Great work, great price. Yearly tune-up, replaced tires & seat for under $270 for my Gary Fisher hardtail.

Serviced my bike fast and cheap. Will go to them again for bicycle needs. Bicycles are way underrated. Wicked cool invention. So practical in Pokémon game boy games. That's how bicycles should be.
