Never disappoints! Amazing ribs, potato and salad. Great service and atmosphere!

They had just opened the restaurant and the chicken wings were not very good. I personally believe that the chicken wings would never be good because they weren't soaked in flavor overnight. They had just been seasoned right before they threw them on the grill. The flavor did not have a chance to permeate. I loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness and hopefully, the rest of the food has better flavors to them

I wish I remembered our server's name, he was great. So polite and knowledgeable about his job/menu/customer service. This was our first time there, I got some inside information from an outside source that they keep a great sanitary kitchen so we came out to try the food. The specials were great prices. I got a lunch special for 7.99. Mac n cheese with pulled pork, beans, bbq sauce. Indulgent. Yummmm. We will go back in the future.

I had dinner yesterday for Mother’s Day, I ordered the brisket platter it was delicious. And our waitress Medina was wonderful as well, she was friendly, kept our drinks refilled and the best part was that she was patient with my 6 year old who is learning to order on his own! Would definitely recommend and ask for her-you won’t be disappointed 🩵

Devon was a great server. I asked him about the local beer selection since I'm out of state and He let me sample . Not only that, but very attentive to our table. The food is great for being a chain (?) And many low calorie options.

The best tasting burger I have ever had. Wonderful pulled pork and chicken as well. Nachos were great, very fast, friendly service. Again have never tasted a burger like that before.

Devon is GREAT, funny and charming young man! I love this place! Amazing ribs! and the best BBQ sandwich!!

This planet has been blessed with some absolutely incredible individulas throughout history. From Edison, and his perserverance to bring light to this world, to Newton, advancing physics in ways nobody could have imagined. Those like Gandhii, MLK, Harriet Tubman, Antonio Brown, Mike Tyson, and Jamies Winston have each brought their own spark to society unlike anything we have ever seen. However, none of these people can even begin to rival the immense impact that the service Morgan the Waitress provided to me during my visit to Smokey Bones in Bowling Green Kentucky. Now, although some may say otherwise, the true fact is that the service Morgan the Waitress provided was nothing short of extraordinary. She gave swift service, along with an elite ability and willingness to attend to our every need.
For starters, Morgan the Waitress provided me and my team of 26 members with what I would argue was the quickest service on the east side of the mississippi. Fulfilling the wishes of roughly 20 BOGO 8 count wings is no easy task. However, Morgan the Waitress was able to provide our group with our food in more than satisfactory time. I strongly feel as though even the Racehorse Secretariet himself wouldn’t have been able to deliver this food with such swiftness.
In addition to the rapid service we were provided, Morgan the Waitress was willing to aid our every request without hesitation. A good comparison would be like Guillermo to Jimmy Kimmel, one of the most elite supporters this world has ever seen that probably doesn’t even amount to the service Morgan the Waitress Provided. She even risked her life by standing in the Parking Lot, despite the risk of oncoming traffic, in order to get a shot of our team in front of this establishment.
All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend you take a visit to Smokey Bones in Bowling Green Kentucky. And if you are as lucky as we were to have Morgan the Waitress be your server for the evening, your experiece will rival the feeling of the Cubs winning the 2016 World Series.

I knew this franchise from another place, that I had visited in Virginia. So I knew what to expect, and definitely I wanted to get a big tasty piece of meat. I wanted and I got it. Had terrific delicious full rack of Baby Back Ribs, served with 2 sides. Took fries and steamed broccoli. And it's true that ribs are so tender, that the pork literally falls off the bone!
And yeah, tonight's waitress was amazing, so nice and friendly. She convinced me to have taken the Rack O'Backs Ribfeast. It was yummy! 🔥👌🏻

Beautiful place, great drinks, food is outstanding, and the prices are a good match. We always love to critiqued new restaurants and this one has dinner has been awesome drone start to finish. We will be back!!

Leading into my trip to western Kentucky I had yet to experience fine dining at its best. This all changed when I went to bowling green Smokey bones where I encountered a server named Morgan. Although some may say otherwise, Morgan positively affected my dining experience to a great extent because of her ability to provide great service and her willingness to help.
Morgan had the ability to provide great service. For one reason she provided our hydration with swiftness. This is something that has been lost in our modern society and i was glad to see it put on display. Another reason was how she handled all 26 of the members of our party. This was not an easy task and she handled it extremely well.
Morgan also had a willingness to help. One example of this was her photography skills being showcased by taking a picture of our entire team. She even had to get out into the parking lot and risked her safety in order to accomplish this task.
Some may say that Morgan was not a good waitress because it took a little while for the food to come out. This does not mean she wasn’t good waitress as this was out of her control. She was able to deliver the food as quickly as the kitchen could deliver it.
Morgan positively affected my dining experience to a great extent because of her ability to provide great service and her willingness to help.

Ate here tonight. Sean was our server. He was great!!! Took the time to answer all my questions about gluten free options, even asked the manager to come out to talk to us! Really enjoyable food (had the nachos - split it with my husband and we were stuffed!) definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming to Smokey bones from Nashville for years. It’s my dad and I’s favorite place. We always have great food and service. But today I brought my in laws up for a little day trip and our waiter Jay was OUT OF THIS WORLD! He was on point with his charm and his service. Way to go Jay for going above and beyond! When he told us it was only his 3rd week, we all said “REALLY!?” 10/10 recommend Jay!

Went here for the first time visiting for my niece graduation, and coming from Michigan I can say this place was on point we loved that BBQ ribs and chicken the sauce was also good. A go to place coming to Bowling Green KY. Can't say the same for the drivers here. 🤷 😕

Absolutely phenomenal! Reminds me a little of Famous Dave's. Our server was awesome, super chill and had a great sense of humor. Food was fresh and hot and had great flavor.

Kayleigh did an amazing job for her first day serving by herself!! 10/10 experience and you can tell the she really cares and everything came in a timely manner.

Stopped in for dinner during a long drive and my server Sean was such a refreshing, friendly energy. He was quick to answer any menu questions and had great recommendations. I stayed longer than planned just having good conversation with him. I’ll definitely try to reroute any future trips just to see him again 🤩

The food was amazing. The wings were cooked perfectly along with everything else. Hannah is the most amazing waitress I’ve had in years. So efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be back to dine at Smokey bones and will ask for Hannah as my server

Jaden was our server and he was so respectful and helpful. The food was delicious, my "Jumbo Wings" was tasty but not jumbo. This won't stop me from ordering them again, just gives me an excuse to order another side, lol. We really enjoyed our dinner. Thanks Jaden!
