I had a great experience at this store on bowling greeen . One of the employees Daniel Shaw was such a great help today he help me find a iPad today that I could use in school and other activities. He was so sweet and kind and helpful. Great customer service. Thank you Daniel so much !!

I have to say that this was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. The guys had my laptop back up and running in under 15 minutes. I spent another 45 minutes with Max helping to get all of my social media and files accessible for me. The Geek Squad crew knew what was needed and very thorough.

Such ease shopping here. My sales associate, Adam, was stupendous!

We ordered a new microwave and the price was right, it was at the store on time. We went in and it was up front already to go, and I was able to install it the same day.

Geek squad does everything they can do to talk you out of letting them fix your phone. Complain that they do not get paid enough. So they would rather just take appointments and get paid to sit there

Customer service were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store was clean and seemed well-stocked. We were greeted when we entered, and were treated nicely from beginning to end.
Plenty of parking, too.

Found the Hue lights I was looking for. Had a decent size staff, located in a smaller plaza considering Best Buy, but overall great service, short lines, and well stocked.

First of all, shout out to Angelina, Melanie and Emerson for their outstanding attitude and friendliness. I came in looking for AirPods. Not really sure which ones to get. Luckily Best Buy hired these 3 geniuses because they had every answer to each question I didn’t get to ask. Plus they UPSOLD ME. (I’m in sales so I know how important that is for Best Buy). Best Buy, if you see this, give these folks some RECOGNITION. They’re bringing something to the table!

I buy all my electronics here. Never had any trouble what so ever. Friendly people and helpful too.

People in this town are very nice, the service here was great. It wasn't too full so I had a lot of attentive customer service. The people seem knowledgeable about what they have for sale.

I spent my lunch break taking my son’s gaming laptop to the Geek Squad to get fixed. A man(sorry I didn’t get your name) greeted me and asked what I was needing. He informed me that they only had two members of the Geek Squad on the floor at the time. He proceeded to walk behind the counter where a female was helping another client and gave her the run down of what I needed. He walked back to me and assured me that he relayed the information and that one of them would be right with me. The female, Amber, then walked up to me to handle my computer issues. If you are needing QUALITY help GO SEE HER! She was absolutely fantastic! Organized, professional, well mannered, and multi-tasked VERY well. Not only did she cover everything…she sold me a premium membership and gave me the best tech advice on other random things that were brought up in our friendly conversation, all while focused and entering information into the computer for my son’s laptop. She wasted no time, was efficient, informative, and got me in and out, leaving me with the best possible experience. There are very few women in her field, so I commend her on that, but damn is she good at her job! Thank you so much Amber! You are a superb employee and your work ethic and upbringing resonate. I will definitely be coming back to see you! Keep up the good vibes! 🙌🏼

This is a great place for electronics. Geek squad never let you down!

I have been a member of Geek Squad at Best Buy for years, and it's paid off more than once. Recently, my hard drive failed. Although there were important documents and many irreplaceable Photoshop files on it, (yes, they should've been transferred to an external hard drive already), I didn't panic because I knew I could count on the Geek Squad. Sure enough, they retrieved 781GB of data, transferred it all to an external hard drive, replaced the 2TB hard drive, reinstalled the operating system, and an updated virus software. All I had to pay for was parts which were very reasonably priced. Best of all, they unplugged the old hard drive and left it inside the tower as an additional backup. Smart! My membership is up for renewal in July, and you bet I'm going to keep it! Geek Squad, in my opinion, you're all super heroes! Thank you for all you do! You rock!

We had an amazing employee help us named Adam York. He explained everything well and was huge help to us.

Friendly staff and always helpful. I went in to buy a Square reader and was in and out of the store in around 5 minutes. Recommend.

We went looking for a specific computer adapter and they knew exactly what we needed. Better yet, it was on sale!
