Bluegrass Pediatrics & Internal Medicine

Reading some of these review's is surprising to me. We have been going here since 2016 with my first born. My first and second born been seeing Dr. Stephenson and loved his so much before he moved away. I had my third child few months ago we all now see Dr. Balbaugh and he is absolutely wonderful to us! I’m 7 years we never had a single problem getting an appointment scheduled. Never waited more then 10 min in the lobby to be called back and front desk girls and the nurses never been rude the slightest. I always recommend everyone I know to Bluegrass peds. Nothing but great doctors and staff and a great experience overall!

I loved Dr Knight he is one if the first Dr's ever in my life that I could talk to and be honest with and him really help me and be a real genuine doctor andb person to me and make me feel like a real person ...I was there going on for almost 12 years and all three issues I ever had was cause the front iffice not all of them just a couple of them mostly but the most rudest abd judgemental and not caring for there patient's at all like they should But I f you can get passed them you get a good doctor office

I’ve been with them going on 15 years. I’ve had nothing but kindness. At times we’re all human and it may be busy. So instead of pointing finger’s reminded that when I’m dealing with the public and pray to bridle my tongue.
I have referred over 15 families. As my grands got older they are very comfortable there. Three cheers and God bless. Also if you’re unhappy they will speak with you in private if nothing satisfied you always have the option of selecting a different provider.

I have been a patient of Dr Joel Knight for several years and I am very pleased with his care. Every time i see him he always gives me the care that i need and he listens and has very awesome bedside manner. The staff at BPIM is always so friendly and helpful from the time i enter the building until the time i leave from my appointment. I would recommend BPIM to anyone!

We love every provider in the office, and have been there 7 years. Yes, covid has hit the clinic just as hard as everyone else with trying to retain front office and MA staff. However, every doctor and nurse practioner is excellent, and we have seen them all. We use them as, both, pediatricians and as internal medicine for kids and us. The saying is, you are only as good as your weakest link, but in this case, they really work to maintain a standard of professionalism and in my experience, the bad apples don't stay there long.

My whole family has been a patients of Dr. Balbaugh's since 2011! We love him dearly! He treats all of us like family.

Dr Knight is so good with my kiddos and always attentive when I have concerns. My oldest will be 3 in a few days and he has been his pediatrician since birth. He has helped this "new mom" every step of the way with him and his younger sister who is 1 and a half.

I have three children who have been receiving Pediatric Care from Bluegrass Pediatrics under dr. Stevenson for four years now. The nurses and support staff have all been so accommodating and helpful. I can't tell you how much I appreciate our doctor and all of the staff here.

Had to bring a kiddo in today and my confidence in the medical system was slightly restored when I noticed masks were not required at this place. What a breath of fresh air... literally!!!

EVERYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH IN 8 years has been very,very instrumental in my recovery both health wise and mentally!!!! I have grown to love the staff and would follow them like THE MOVIE WHAT ABOUT BOB.HAHA BUT TRUE!!!! They gave me my life back!!!!

I have been going to Dr. B for several years . I have found the staff most accommodating. They always great me with a smile , and I am very happy with Dr. B and especially the his nurse & reception personnel.

Knight is our doctor and I am very happy to have him for our doctor! They have really great doctors in Their office for sure!

By far the best option for care in Georgetown. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the facility is modern and clean.

I love how,well the Dr's take care of the children and how well they get to know their patients..
