I contacted Warren White, Director to purchase a specific rack bag for my live performance needs. He did not have a bag in stock that met my needs. However, he did some research and found one that met my specs from a company that he did not normally do business with. I had it less than a week later and it was perfect. The communication was excellent with Warren through out the whole process. I will look to them in the future for any audio needs for my band.

After I alerted PAS that the wrong cable had been mailed, the company immediately reached out and offered a replacement - and was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks to COVID, though, the cable then took another month to arrive - but this was the fault of the Post Office, NOT the seller.

This transaction ultimately showed the professionalism of PAS. If only all businesses worked so hard to make good. I will definitely do business with them again when the situation arises.

Just ordered a shure hand held wireless mic system and received it in 2 days. The price was over $200.00 less than our local dealer. Also, ordered 2 countrymen mics and the the savings were similar. I have used Pro Audio Solutions several times over the past 8 years or so and have never been disappointed.

I ordered Allen & Heath's GLD mixer with the two rack I/O boxes, the stage box, and the Dante card. Pro Audio Solutions offered a best price for this gear and delivered it faster than I expected. I had several conversations with them about this order, and they were always helpful and available. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high end audio gear.

I've dealt with Pro Audio Solutions for 15 years and have always felt that they go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Great company and even better customer service. Was looking all around for products I needed urgently so I gave them a call they physically confirmed and grabbed stock while I was in the phone and got it in 2 days (live on the other side of the country) with everything going on many companies have massive delays and shortage of stock but that wasn’t the case with Pro audio solutions.

I am a drummer/singer in a rock-n-roll band and for years have used a modified Shure SM58 along with an accompanying modified boom stand.
