I had to get Large dog grooming supplies for a very furry and large german shepherd that sheds like crazy. The staff there was courteous, very friendly and helped me pick out certain tools to help. And cheaper tools at that. Usually what they use for professional grooming too. So i am very pleased.

Absolutely delightful staff! High end quality without the high price, they do price match as well I found out. Also they team up with Scott County animal shelter so you may see adoptable pets inside :) pet friendly so bring your mannered pets in if you'd like.

I regularly purchase pet supplies (dog, cat, and fish) at this location. Their staff is ACTUALLY knowledgeable about fish (a rarity in pet stores it seems). Their fish are always healthy and in great condition and I’ve asked them many questions since I’m a beginner fish keeper, and they are always able to answer thoroughly. I have great experiences with their products and with their staff and they will continue to be a go to for my pet needs.

Will has been our groomer for a while now - I am always impressed by his ability to calm my anxious Great Pyrenees. Dolly always comes out looking beautiful, well-brushed out, and happy. Note: the picture attached is *before* a grooming.

Catie (spelling?) did an amazing job grooming my dog. It was her first time getting groomed and Catie was sensitive to my dog's timidness. Will definitely be back.

Very nice employees. I was personally helped with everything that I needed.

Shopped at store, on a Wednesday around 12 pm, not very busy. There was a dog being groomed & one waiting. We picked up dog food, dog toys, & fish. Wide variety of dog food.
The manager was out of town and the employee who was acting manager and the female who I think was fairly new were excellent. Super friendly,helpful, professional.
Only downside to this place not many fish to choose from but they did say they're getting more in soon.
*Also, they sell other live animals. They had a cute cat for sale but it was $70. This is just my opinion-- but that is an outrageous price! Especially, when you can rescue one for $10 give or take. Hoping that cute feline gets adopted.

Wide selection and great service. I bought a new dog food that my pets refuse to eat. They are letting me bring it back into the store for an exchange.

I live in Lexington and drive all the way to Georgetown I like this place so much. It's also where I bought Sphinx

Went into the store the two workers helped me.I had been to three stores looking for a item for my 6 pound old dog Blue.They helped me I was satisfied so thank you I will be back and the prices are reasonable so happy with my purchase.

Emma in grooming is GREAT! She did a wonderful job on our dog Loui, I could see the difference as soon as he walked through the door. They have a variety of things, & the prices are great as well. We are very satisfied, thank you 🙂

Thank you for the great cut on our golden doodle, we tried to cut it ourselves and it’s much shorter than it should be... thank you for evening him out. He looks and smells great.

Anytime I Stop In the Staff are Always So Very Friendly and Helpful, Even Willing to Order Items They May Not Have in Stock.

Adopted an adorable little calico from here several years ago. She's still the best cat I've ever owned. Staff is very friendly, very kind and super helpful.

Friendly staff with a decent selection of pet supplies. The staffing has always gone out of their way to ensure that my visit was very pleasant. I am unsure of the dog groomer, as I have never used the service there, however I have heard many good things.

Very nice staff, welcoming and friendly. Katie in the grooming is amazing! She's definitely a gold standard employee!
