We stayed here with my family over the summer, and it was the best spot in town! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The location is ideal—right by the beach with many food and entertainment spots nearby. Having stayed at various places in the OCMD/Fenwick Island area, nothing compares to the charm of this place.

My family has stayed here 3 or 4 times so far. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they care! The pool is always clean and my kids favorite. It's a great location surrounded by many fun activities for kids and many food places and even the beach. Everything you need in walking distance. Rooms are always clean and the room service is excellent. Yolanda go's above and beyond! Everytime we have stayed we've had a great view of the beautiful lighthouse.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend and will be again! We placed a booking on the same day. The lady at the desk was amazing! The room was spacious and clean (2 bed room), only wish the bathroom was a little bigger. There was a little sitting area out back of our room which was nice. Great location to Fenwick Island Beach (just a short walk!) and lots of shops and restaurants! About 20-30 minute drive to Rehobeth. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Last minute trip and we are so glad to have found this spot to rest and stay the weekend on such a busy summer weekend right on the border of Maryland.

Few rooms available, we got a pool side, 2 full beds, room was clean , spacious , had a coffee maker , mini fridge, Tv, ice maker outside. Located between two miniature golf spots , Waterpark and 1 block away from trolly/bus station.

Pool & lounge chairs tables were always clean. Very quiet and everyone was kind here.

It was pleasant from the start with Julie at the front desk they made us feel welcome! Even thought it was close to the costal highway it was quiet at night. On the exit we forgot some clothing and they offered to mail it to us down right awesome people!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Atlantic Coast Inn. You never know what to expect the first time going to stay in a new place, but the existing glowing reviews put me at ease. I was worried being behind a golf course and next to some other attractions that it could become very loud at night but both nights we stayed I could not hear a thing. It is an easy walk to the beach and you are in walking distance to many different types of places to eat, or grab a dessert. The room was extremely clean and I found the beds to be comfortable but the mattress is definitely on the harder side. Even the mattress had three different covers on it so i felt comfortable there'd be no bed bugs. I really appreciated the bigger mini fridge that has a small freezer and the microwave. The pool was clean and the lounge chairs were very comfortable. I would have only taken off .5 of a star if I could but my deduction comes from the bathroom being small and a short shower head (but at least the sink is outside the bathroom). Also, I know you do not come to the beach to watch TV but it would have been nice if the TV allowed streaming for those nights you'd like to watch a movie. I will be back 100%.

Rooms were extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome. Right down the street from ocean at all. In the middle of alot of fun things for kids to do. Mini golf, arcade ,go carts ect. But not loud and noisy at all. Over all extremely happy with our stay. Staff was pleasant and helpful! Price was excellent. Would definitely come back again.

Last minute trip to the beach. Booked 2 nights over the weekend. Was $300 a night which is not bad seeing as it's mid season and literally right across the street from the beach. Perfect location. You don't have to drive anywhere! Comfortable beds. Rooms are old and small but cozy and perfect for a few people. My room had an extra bed in an area that had sliding doors that you could shut off from the main room/bedroom. We will definitely stay here again. Office staff is super friendly. They have snacks and ice cream for sale in the office too

Staying there again in a few weeks!!!! Can't wait!

Adding new experience 6/2023:
The people who work in the office are just so nice! She switched us to a second floor room that was available because my son was disappointed it wouldn't have a deck. The pool is clean and nice. Lots of lounge chairs
The room was very clean. The linens all smelled very clean but with a nice scent, not a bleach smell. The fridge was an apartment size which was a super nice surprise. I could freeze water bottles for the cooler.
The location cannot be beat! Right across the street from the beach. Dunkin is right across the other street. Plenty of things to do on the block. Tons of mini golf. An arcade, go karts, water park (small but perfect for little ones). Ice cream, restaurants. We didn't need to drive anywhere.
I cannot recommend this place enough! The prices are great considering they are right by the beach.
We have stayed here thrice and plan to stay whenever we come to the beach.

Loved it! Very cute area but not super crowded- we had a Sunsations and lots of restaurants and mini golf in walking distance. The exact same chain names you can find in Ocean City were right there by the motel. Only a 20ish minute drive to Ocean City too, but it's nice to be away from the crowds. The pool was really nice and we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was also very clean and the bed was so nice! And of course, the beach was only a block away which was so awesome. Great stay :)

I consider it a good thing when a lodging meets my expectations. This one did just that. It was conveniently located for our short stay. It had a well maintained pool. While the facility as a whole is quite dated, it is still quaint and inviting. Here's the kicker.......very clean!! We will definitely be returning here when our travels take us to Fenwick Island again in the near future.

Excellent front desk, very accommodating and helpful. Comfortable beds, ac unit, overall great place. We were able to enjoy the pool and beach day of checkout, due to the shower/bath/toilet available to guests. Kids were worn out and slept on the ride home. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

First, let me start off by saying that this is the second year in a row that we stayed at the Atlantic Coast Inn. We were so impressed with this hotel last year that we didn't even look elsewhere when we decided that we were going to once again vacation in Fenwick Island. Year 2 proved to be all of that and so much more. The room we were assigned when we arrived wasn't all that we wanted (second floor, also I have a fused ankle so doing steps is difficult for me). The morning of day 2 the owner of the hotel got my wife's attention and told her that the room we stayed in last year had come open. Asking if we were interested in moving, he had his staff get right on cleaning it and preparing it for us.(I have to mention that the blonde woman who seems to be constantly running around doing things even helped us carry our items down the steps and to our car) The remainder of the week went as planned and we had another wonderful vacation stay (even the weather was everything anyone could ask for). In the top drawer I had my pants, a shirt and my wallet so that I could just throw them in my suitcase and be on the road. When we were approaching the Bay Bridge I stopped for gas. Immediately I realize that I didn't put the items from the top drawer in my suitcase. Reaching for my phone so that I could call them, I see that I had 3 missed calls from the hotel( I had my phone on silent as you can't use hand held devises in Maryland). When I called the person answering said " you know why we were calling you don't you?" Well I wasn't interested in driving back to the hotel and getting the items so I asked if she could fed-ex them to me. 4 days later I received my package. Anxious to verify the contents I immediately checked everything out. It was all there including my wallet that HAD NOT been opened or gone through in any way. Beyond the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, or the convenient location to the beach, the honesty of the staff including the women who clean the rooms solidify for me that this is the place to be if you are vacationing in Fenwick Island.

Great place to stay away from the hustle of the teen age craziness on the boardwalk. Pool is awesome ,,🥰 We survived Isaias Hurricane (CRAZY STUFF) with the staff... No electric all day but they still went over and beyond! Others say the rooms might need some updating but who stays in the room on vacation? 😂😂. Love it here and will always come back 🖤💛🖤💛

We've always been happy at Atlantic Coast Inn. Always friendly, clean comfortable rooms and can walk to all you need. Pool is a big bonus. Can't say enough after staying many other places for crazy high rates and not so friendly staff.

We stayed the weekend. First time staying in Fenwick. We have stayed in OC & Rehoboth in the past. Just like the reviews stated, this was a great place to stay! All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job!!! VERY CLEAN!!! And we could walk to the beach. Perfect weekend!!! 👍🏻☺

Excellent location for families with kids: no need to drive to play, eat, or swim. Beds are very comfortable and prices were good. We felt safe staying here and rooms were extremely clean. Prefer hotels to staying at condos.

Better than expected based on reviews I read. It's older like the places my grandmother took me in the 70's but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was very cold. Very nice pool. Will be going back

The room was very clean, smelled clean and fresh and was roomy. We had plenty of space for our baby's pack n play. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. There was also a lot of natural light. We really enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable rooms. Updated frequently; new carpet and paint this year. Biggest mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in all rooms.
Nice pool, only a block from the beach.
Mini golf next door, ice cream across the street. Walking distance to dining and shopping, too!

Myself and my wife have made 30 years of memories at the Atlantic coastal inn. We have watched our children play in the pool year after year. Now they are grown and they vacation there.
We are still making memories now with our grandchildren.
We have watched some of the staff change over the years. But the quality and friendliness has never changed. It is a very family oriented place. We always meet friendly quests.
