Pre-closing was tedious, but we closed

Sloppy - Is how I would describe this Title Company. I can't really explain to these people at Momentum Title how much work went into this real estate transaction but it was massive. A random car crashed into this house just after I got the Listing Agreement. Nothing I cant handle until the buyer I found wanted to use this Title Company. Which I should have advised against. There is really not a good Title Company in Jefferson Country and this one is at the bottom of the list. My buyer is local and ready to close but my sellers where located in Cali so documents had to be sent to them to sign. And Guess what? The Title Clerk (Lets call her Goofy) sent the wrong documents all the way to the other side of the country. Without double checking them first. A problem we didn't find out about until THE DAY OF CLOSING because Momentum Title closes their offices down on Friday for a Horse Race. That right. The bank are Open but Momentum Title would rather be at the track drinking and taking pictures. Goofy says "I don't know how this happened." Well I know how this occurred.

Because they don't care. People who care do things the right way. Remember that.
