Bought my car recently, everything cool so far, but trying to get in touch with them about paperwork for my title, no pick up and it's says office open 😥😥😥 can't understand. I just might have to drive over there 😥

I bought my car from these guys in June of 21. Now it is mid august and I still don’t have my plates or title and I paid for the car with cash. I’ve made numerous attempts to call them, all 4 telephone numbers and they don’t answer.

Today I called the police to meet me at the dealership, the owners were to be here at noon. Now it’s 12:38 and still a no show. My temp tag is expired. I called the state licensing and these guys have never filed my paperwork. I drove 45 minutes to come here today and they are a no show.

I called Better Business Bureau, they have several similar complaints. Even German Import auto repair next door to Highland says they are suspect and that they have had several people come in their business looking for them. My next stop is the Attorney General. Stay away from these guys, nothing but SCAMMERS!

I had called to set an appt to see a truck in the morning and the guy told me he couldnt meet until 4:30. He ended up selling the truck that morning after we spoke without even bothering to call me to notify me or cancel our appt. I had cash in hand. Terrible customer service.
