Convenient location, close to my Airbnb. Produce looked good, and prices seemed reasonable.

on TG Wed. when things were very busy in the store ?Earl? went and found PAM for me! It would have been easy for him to simply say we are 'out'....but he didn't! It obviously doesn't take much to make me happy.
Sherry is always a great cashier. Efficient and pleasant....a great combination!

One of the nicest Krogers in town. The food layout is slightly different than what I'm used to but things aren't difficult to find.

The pharmacy gang is amazing. Thanks to those guys, this Kroger is tolerable. They are the best. I can't sing their praise high enough.

Produce selection is excellent. Meat and cheese selection is also excellent. Kroger brand foods are priced competitively and the quality is very good, lots of flavor. This store is clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The only word of caution ⚠ concerns the parking lot. Be careful when driving in the PL. The last time I visited, all kinds of folks were meandering through the main lot and adjoining lots and paying zero attention to their surroundings. People were backing out without looking and many were driving way too fast. As is all too common in the Modern Age, Americans pay scant attention to driving and parking correctly in parking lots. You have been warned!

Love this Kroger’s the staff is great and very helpful when you looking for a item.
The store is nice and clean and they make sure all carts are cleaned off with sanitize spray. everything looks fresh

I love my neighborhood Kroger. The way the parking lot is arranged, it’s easier to park & more spaces are close to doors. The store has everything the giant Kroger’s have, but without having to walk a mile in the store to get it! (The inside layout is really efficient.) It’s compact enough for me to be able to run in quickly to get just one or two items. To top it off, the checkout lines are rarely long. Friendly, helpful staff! Grocery shopping is a breeze.

Love going to Kroger's cause they same to be well stocked so you don't have to hunt down an employee or do a lot of hunting yourself. You find the store in a clean and organize, some times they maybe out of that one thing you need but most often it's in stock

It's the dirty Kroger but it really isn't

Everything you look for to make a meal is there. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have organic food, diet food, a very good bakery. It's just a good place to shop. I've been shopping there for years. I've tried other stores, Kroger is the best.

Always good shopping. Front end office and staff, only a few I'd give good ratings too. Others, terrible service

Stopped to make a deposit at 5/3 Bank. Smelled cooking from the deli I needed lunch. Got the chicken meal & it was fresh & delicious. Will go back there again for lunch. 🙂

The employees ate trying their best to keep up with keeping the shelves stocked at the beginning of the pandemic we couldn't get the product now we can get the product we just don't have enough people to put it on the shelves please be patient ( my opinion not a official statement)

New renovations to store are awesome ! Sushi bar ! Hooray ! Fast pharmacy and great spirit selection . Very smart and friendly staff . Always fun to stop in at lower Brownsboro Kroger !

Always clean. Staff is super friendly. Rarely crowded. Also consistantly see them cleaning and sanitizing carts and self check out lanes.

The girl at the U-scan has been well trained! I loved my experience today! Usually, I have trouble or an argument about a price, but not today! Thank God!

Best Kroger in the Louisville area! I love the selection of hot food and the fresh sushi counter. They also have a better selection of produce than any other Kroger in the area.

I love this Kroger. It's small enough to find your way around but almost always have what I need. They cashiers are always kind and patient. 10/10 would go here again!

Patrick at the brownsboro location did a great job today doing our shrimp pound and half exact! Friendly employees and always do the best at accommodating me! It's my second home!

It's small enough to where it doesn't require a person to spend a great deal of time covering the store. It still has a variety of fresh & innovative products
