AT&T Store

Noah was very helpful and professional! We were in and out of AT&T with my upgraded phone in under 30 minutes. Additionally he was kind and easy to talk to through the whole process. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Chris was incredibly helpful. He was the only one working. He had multiple customers and he was able to assist in a timely manner. Great Job!!

This location is always busy, but I think it might be because the customer service is so great. Chris has been so kind and always helpful throughout several transactions. Definitely a 5 star experience even when there’s a wait.

The AT & T store on Hurstbourne in Louisville, KY, managed by Chris is an excellent place to buy, get service and/or information about AT&t products - Chris the manager waited on me - his knowledge of the product I purchased was outstanding- - finally he is an outstanding professional who exhibited the importance of customer service

Jared H has been absolutely instrumental in helping me with all of my AT&T needs. Jared has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me through some issues ( when literally no one else could figure it out and or help ) and getting a new iPad as well as a new phone. He is truly an expert, I cannot say enough lovely, wonderful, amazing things about him.

This is hands down the best AT&T store I’ve ever visited. Osmany and Jared were very experienced and helpful employees that made my transition to a new phone seamless and flawless. At the other stores I’ve visited in the past, I’ve waited such a long time to be helped but I walked in yesterday and was helped right away. I can tell that they wanted to help as many people as they could because it definitely got busy while I was there doing my upgrade. Osmany was able to help 2 other customers while my old phone was transferring data to my new phone. I will definitely come back in the future!

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was helped promptly. I accomplished almost all of what I came in to do (with clear instructions for how to do what I couldn't do in store). Chris C. was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and provided information without pushing upgrades or additional expenses. I highly recommend this location.

Service was exceptional. The gentlemen assisted us with adding a line to our family plan. I was able to trade my old iPhone 13 for the new 15 Pro free of charge, which was better than I expected. He was very informative and answered all our questions.

It was a longer wait time but they were very busy but the reason for that is because of the excellent customer service they provide... all of my questions and concerns were answered in great detail and we were very happy with the experience and they did everything they could to get us leaving with 2 new iPhones. I would recommend AT&T and specifically this store for all your needs and will definitely be going back in the future.

I had a great experience at this store. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. They were also kind enough to put a show on for my toddler to pre-occupy him a bit.

I just want to give a shout out to Mason who works at this location. I just left here and he was so helpful. He did not try high-pressure sales and was just willing to educate me. That really makes me want to continue with AT&T. It is so refreshing to come across someone kind like him in this ever-changing world of customer service these days!!

I would like to take this time to give Jared Kudos for his Amazing customer service. He took his time to help us with the best option on a new phone for my son, insurance, delivery & payment options. While helping we connected over the new Avatar movies. We laughter, service was done quickly & with a smile. He even went above & beyond to help my god mother with her Apple Watch. This is the type of customers we need to get back to. AT&T is blessed have such a great employee! Thank You again Jared . Jasmine also helped other with while Jared helped up. Keep up the good work!

Jvaughan is very patient and helped me get a new phone for my husband. When I went back to the store the 2nd day Chris helped me get the phone set up. Great employees. Don’t find workers who are this patient any more.

Chris and Javon couldn’t have been any more helpful! They were inundated with customers and managed them all with patience and kindness! Even when some customers weren’t so pleasant. I came in with my husband who was replacing a screen protector and ended up trading and buying a new phone. My old phone needed updating and they were so patient in helping me update and transfer all of my data. All the while managing others at the same time. Highly recommend this store as long as Chris or Javon are there to help you.
