Good place for tasting in 8 dollars. Have cocktail options too, you can fill your own bottle of bourbon and buy stuff. Good experience. Staff is friendly and nice.

Great experience doing the Historical Tasting at the Jim Bean Urban Stillhouse. Spencer our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal. He was super charismatic, helpful, and informative. We also etched a bottle there for a relative. Super fun environment.

Not a tour, but a tasting experience. The $8 tasting was fun and educational, included two JBeam's of increasing proof, one JBeam liqueur, plus a souvenir shot glass with a sample of a JBeam of your choice! They also sell cocktails, bourbon unique to the location, and JBeam paraphenalia.

Very cute store where you can buy Jim Beam merchandise and of course various styles of Bourbon! The $5 tasting is well worth it! The presenter was very knowledgeable, fun, and interacted with the group. The souvenir shot glass is a nice touch! You can get a drink, and fill your own bottle and even have it engraved for a special memory.

Best bourbon experience to date!!!! The Urban Stillhouse was so much fun. We will definitely be going back. If you don’t have much time they have a very short tasting and Spencer is the best. He is very energetic and knowledgeable about the history of Jim Beam. He is a serious credit to the company. I am going back for the mixology tasting and I want to bottle my own bourbon. If your in Louisville you have to go!

Another must stop on the distillery trail.
The tasting was ok. You taste the standard ones but then they let you pick one taste of whatever you want and you get to keep the glass.
They do have a cool experience where you get to fill your own bottle. It doesn’t cost any more to do it if you buy the Urban Bourbon that you can only get there. I highly recommend it, a great experience for any bourbon drinker.

This was a very neat place. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Bar to purchase different drinks. Different varieties of Jim Beam to purchase. Also different tasting opportunities. I participated in the "Taste of History". 4 different samples of different Jim Beam bourbon and a lesson on what makes it a bourbon.

I did the Cocktail Class and bottled my own Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse Select Bourbon.

The Cocktail Class, (Cost $25), was a solo, which I appreciated them doing for just me, led by Donald. He took me through quite a bit of American History, Bourbon History and Cocktail History, particularly around the Old Fashion, which was the drink we were making. He walked me through the steps to make the drink and explained each ingredient along the way and we ended up making a pretty good Old Fashion with Knob Creek Double Barreled Rye. Afterwards, I got a rocks glass and Donald answered my questions about other Jim Beam Bourbon offers.

After that, another blonde girl whose name I didn't catch, walked me through the process of labeling and bottling my own exclusive, Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse Select Bourbon. (Cost was $48 for 750ml) The went pretty quick and she helped me fix my label when needed and at the end of it, I had my own personally labeled bottle.

Very informative and friendly knowledgeable staff. $6 tasting gives you 4 quarter ounce pours and you get select one which is awesome. Try a whiskey you've been wanting to try without buying the whole bottle. You can also try a cocktail for only $8. I was tempted. Some of the bottles you can probably get cheaper at a liquor store off the tourist strip if you're a local. Nice clean spot.

Sooo much fun! We did a tasting and then proceeded to bottle our own, okay three bottles to take with us. We also had one engraved to commemorate our 22nd anniversary. We met some really cool people. This is a "must" stop on the Bourbon Trail.

Upscale tavern and eatery in jumping Fourth Street Live. Featuring lots of outdoor seating and plenty on the menu. Highly recommended.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful to this bourbon newbie. They took pleasure in talking bourbon during a sampling because they didn’t just recite facts. Hope to be back soon!! A++

$20 for the mixology course for 30mins was SO worth it and much for engaging than the alternative option offered. Chris is so witty and knowledgeable, I'd definitely recommend it to others. Who knew egg whites were used in whiskey sours and other drinks to create the frothy coating of yummiliciousness? Learn something new everyday! Thanks JBUS!

They have a tour of their drinks. It’s only $8, and it’s so worth it. It also has a shot glass as a present. Highly recommended

I did the table side cocktail class with out-of-town guests and we all loved it! It's a nice change from the other bourbon distillery tours. This is NOT a distillery in full production. Go elsewhere if you're looking for that. But, I highly recommend the cocktail class. It was entertaining and genuinely informative. It's nice that they give you the cocktail recipe on a card to keep. Nice touch!

Loved the tour guide! She was hilarious and super knowledgeable. The facility was really neat. They let you see every aspect of the bourbon’s manufacturing, provide the option to create your own bottle of Knob Creek, and then conclude the tour with a tasting. The campus is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend for a classy, pre-dinner vibe.

Fun way to taste and learn about Kentucky Bourbon. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The team members leading the tastings are knowledgeable. And yes you get to keep you souvenir shot glass afterward. For a great gift idea, don't just buy a bottle when you can have it etched. Yes, they offer etching! My gifts came out great. Parking is just what you would anticipate in a big city tourist area. JB is right in the center of the area. It's best to plan to park at any of the nearby pay to park locations as there are plenty, then it's just a short walk but you'll pass lots to see on the way.

A great atmosphere for any Bourbon lover. The $8 tasting is great with a lot of Bourbon knowledge as well as history of the Jim Beam brand. The tasting includes 4 drinks and a take home shot glass. If you've got extra time you can order custom made drinks with any Jim Beam Whiskey as well as shop their Bourbon collection and buy merchandise. They also offer other types of tours including a bottle your own Bourbon.
