Absolutely fantastic experience all around. We worked with Clark, he was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Not pushy and really awesome to work with to get exactly what we needed. We picked up from another store closer to our house and the process was seamless with great follow up from Clark. Excellent quality furniture at fair prices, custom made to exactly what we wanted. We love the furniture and will certainly be back!

The sales associates that we worked with were very helpful, knowledgable and patient with us as we selected and purchased 3 rooms of furniture including a mattress and adjustable base. Excellent experiences each time from selection and payment to delivery. Highly recommend for both customer service and value.

They delivered 2 of them and both arrived with stains in the same spot. They wanted to have it cleaned but didn’t want to compensate me for my time to allow them to make it right. I purchased a new sectional not one that needed to be cleaned. They would rather argue and debate with me than to offer me at $100 for the inconvenience of supporting their business. Dear Lisa at the customer care center……Customer service is the key to a successful business. When the business acts if their time is superior than the customers’…. That’s a huge problem! The store rep and the delivery team was awesome, customer service was horrible trying to get this resolved. I’m going to give them a chance to get this right 1 last time. I will let you know the end result, to be continued….UPDATE , I worked with with Clark and he is amazing at putting fires out. He’s customer service was over and beyond and he was able to regain my trust and rectify the situation to keep me a returning customer.

My husband was looking for a specific recliner and finally found it here! This place has something for everyone and every budget. On top of being a store with everything for everyone; we had the best and kindest sales person taking care of us and her name is Teresa French. As we spoke to her, she remembered our phone call from the day before and proceeded to take us to what we were looking for. She then gave us time to look over the show room without any pressure. Later she found us and we made our purchase and then looked at a few other things. Our item was delivered on schedule by delivery men who took their job seriously and were careful with our purchase and considerate of our property.
If you are looking for any sort of furniture THIS IS THE PLACE! DO NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!

Each time I have the need for any piece of furniture, I always talk to Rick at the Louisville store. He never fails to take excellent care of me. I have purchased from the Louisville store since they opened, and I still love each piece. Their furniture holds up well and stays stylish. The delivery staff are always courteous and careful when coming into my home. I would definitely visit before making a purchase.

I had a fantastic experience at Furniture Fair and picked out the perfect recliner with the help of Gail! She was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. The store also had a better selection than several others I had been to previously. I was able to have the recliner I picked delivered to my porch two days later. I would absolutely come back for any future furniture needs!

I was so pleased with my experience at Furniture Fair. It was my first time shopping there. With the help of Gail, I found 2 pieces that I had been searching for at other stores. Gail was awesome and a delight to work with. I was not aware of the quality and variety of furniture carried at Furniture Fair. I plan to return.

We went into the furniture store when I was on a quick break from checking the HVAC at my work. We initially heard about Furniture Fair from Family and thought we should give it a look see. Our sofa in our family room is pushing 12-13 years old and our bodies are typically worse off after getting off the sofa. So my bride and I went to F.F. & were pleasantly pleased with the sales people and the service, and the incredible options and choices. Chris was sour sales person and was incredibly friendly and patient and understanding. We made three different trips back to the store before making our final decision on purchase. The only down side is we are looking at up to 12 weeks for the furniture to come in. We are anxiously anticipating its arrival. Thank you for a great furniture fair experience.

THANK YOU, Sharon for assisting with our recent purchase! You were very engaging, considerate, and PATIENT as we worked through our selection of dining furniture and fabrics! You have a very keen eye; we were not 100% sold on the fabric that you chose for our accent chairs. But, now that the dining set is in place, We love it!!! The set looks absolutely FANTASTIC in our space! Also, John and Eric were absolutely great to work with for delivery and set up. They were very personable, friendly, and courteous; they took their time to ensure the set looks great! A great place to buy furniture from cheap particle board to hand crafted Amish furniture. Cheap mattresses to 5k dollar mattresses. Good for any budget. Lindsay is the best saleswoman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her professionalism and eye for detail is heads and shoulders above everyone else.

I recently moved from Ohio to Kentucky and had a horrible time with the moving process. I had searched online for some furniture and decided to check out Furniture Fair. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional! My sales associate, Chris was very helpful and patient while I took time to choose all of my items. Caleb helped me find the perfect mattress fit just for me for my bed and the guest room. I was considering an adjustable base and Caleb hooked me up. I can’t see myself ever not having one now. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were awesome (John and Eric) They carried everything in, set it up and moved everything to my liking. In the follow up email Caleb sent restaurant recommendations - I can’t wait to try them! I can’t say enough good things about everyone I dealt with at Furniture Fair in Louisville, Kentucky . As far as the furniture itself …I Love It!!!

Theresa was my consultant at Furniture Fair in Louisville,KY. I told her what I wanted and she listened to me. She took me around to every console/buffet that fit my parameters. There was no high pressure sales. She was FABULOUS! My item was in stock and delivery was available for the next day. The gentleman that delivered the piece were friendly and efficient and waited for me to check out everything on the item before leaving.
It was nice to have a tracking app so you knew when my delivery was going to take place as the time period changed slightly throughout the day. They also called 30 minutes prior. Great experience and I would definitely shop there again.

We we're shopping for recliners and my sister in-law suggested Furniture Fair. Maybe it was our sales lady but I have to say I really injoyed the store. Selection is outstanding and they have a warehouse close to Cincinnati so your order has a better chance of being available. Couch is coming next week. "Thank You Gail".

We're transplants from California and miss Disneyland so Gail's ears were a plus.

By the way I rarely give 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 the service was that good.

Well it's been 11 months and we have a problem with the couch. The recliner mechanism broke in half. I'm reaching out to Furniture Fair to see if they stand behind what they sell. I keep you updated.

Well they haven't disappointed. I called and my couch is still under warranty so they called a repairman in the area to come out and fix the problem. No hassle, no fuss or argument. Thank you guys.

We are looking for a sectional, and this store was recommended by a friend. Lee assisted us and she was very helpful in working with our needs and getting some thing in the sizes that we would want to use. We will definitely be returning shortly to purchase this couch. Very comfortable experience.

Furniture Fair has a wide selection of quality furniture that I really liked and importantly at prices I can afford. The sales staff are so knowlegeable and are a big help in selections. Gail Washbish helped us make selections that will make our house comfortable and homey-just what we wanted. I highly recommend this store and would definitely go back for future purchases.

You can’t find a better Salesperson than Teresa and a manager, Clark(Superman) anywhere. They never complained about my multiple changes My daughter loves her she shed room thanks to you both. My son also picked furniture for his first home with Theresa.

We had a great experience from start to end with Gail "Retail Gail" and Teresa Gale both while buying our couch. Both were knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. We came away with exactly the couch we wanted at a fair price. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked like most furniture stores we visited this week. Our interests and visions were understood and factored into the help we were provided. I likely won't shop anywhere else with this in mind. I can't speak highly enough for Furniture Fair and the customer service we experienced. This is the place you want to go for your furniture. I'm certain.
