Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter.

Stephanie Miles truly displayed great customer service, our bill after all discounts came to 1 cent and she gave the penny out of her own money, it is not the amount of money but the display of kindness that she truly displayed. Stephanie is truly exceptional she greeted us with a smile, and thanked us for our 1 cent purchase!!!! Way to go Macy's for having such exceptional employee.

Didn't have nearly enough time to go through the whole store like I wanted to but still found some great deals. Lots to choose from all the favorite brand's. Wasn't busy at all. Very clean and orderly even with ALL the clearance chaos. Recommend it.

I bought a perfume and when received it was eau de toilet I went back and Darla Friend took good care of it and brought back smile on my face. She gave us a good service I even bought 2 other perfume for..... I have 2 super good deal.

Excellent deals and their clearance sections. The temperature is extremely hot and be ready to sweat and drink Gatorade to stay hydrated.

I wanna say thanks to Aubrey the young lady in cosmetics.. she was very helpful showed me all around and gave me some tips on my skin… she was lovely to work with.. amazing experience will definitely be coming back

I was passing through to exit the mall when sale signs caught my eye. I loved the sale prices and ended up buying two pairs of shorts.

My salesperson Jenan in purses was friendly, helpful and very honest! She took her time and even helped me pick out wallets to match my bags. She is one of the most courteous in the store. I will be back!

I love Macy's but had not been in a few years but I was able to get a few Christmas gifts on sale. And it smells amazing they have the best perfume there as well
