Pulled up in my old truck. I was immediately helped as soon as I walked into the lot. When a young nice gentleman came out. he informed me that this was a cash or check only lot which was fine as I had my financing figured out beforehand just how everyone should. They did not offer any financing. He immediately grabbed the keys and unlocked the car I was looking at. Very quick and happy to help with everything. Took the vehicle on a quick test drive and immediately fell in love with it. They were quick to do all the paper work and explain everything very simply for me to understand. Will recommend this place to ANYONE AND EVERYONE looking for a used car.

I wanted to give it a few months before I wrote this review.
Last November I purchased a 2008 Honda Element SC and I had the honor of meeting a gentleman named Masoud.
I had to travel to Kentucky from St. Louis Missouri so it was quite the drive for me.
Masoud was very thorough with answering my questions over the phone and providing me with pictures and documentation to help solidify my decision.
We drove down there on a Saturday and he was kind enough to take time out of his day to come up and meet us personally in order to make the sale after driving the vehicle was satisfied with purchasing it and he also worked me a fair deal on my price.
I paid for this vehicle full in cash at the time and was worked a fair price.
Since then I have put 20,000 miles on it and I have not had any major issues.
He was even kind enough to send me VTEC solenoid filters for the element as these are common parts that have issues on the Honda engines.
When I arrived there, he had the vehicle up on a lift for me so I could thoroughly do an under body inspection as these vehicles are known for rust issues and this one was in very good condition.
There is not many preowned vehicle lots that I feel that you can trust nowadays, but this is one that I would definitely make that drive again to buy another vehicle from just because of the quality experience and the vehicle condition in which I received.

Small lot with primarily Volvo but also a few other makes. Super honest owner and workers who want to understand your needs and match you to the right car. On our first vehicle, without any warranty, he replaced a fuel pump free of charge to solve a sender problem. We purchased a 2007 Volvo XC70 a month ago. I was traveling from Michigan to view the Volvo, and if it met the description of the advertisement, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. All went as planned and I had the car purchase completed and on the trailer for the ride home within 4 hours of meeting Massoud. I found Massoud to be honest, friendly and easy to work with. masoud is a very nice and honest guy. told us up front issues with any vehicles we were looking at and had all the service records for the vehicle we purchased. seems like a very kind, hardworking guy. 10/10 recommend going here.

I am on my second car from Euro Imports. Drove the last one for 4 years and never did a thing but change the oil and put in brakes. I could not be more satisfied. Masoud is honest to a fault. He has pointed out flaws that any reasonable person looking at a car with 75,000 +miles on it would find meaningless and that I didn't even see. I was seriously considering another dealer this time because I thought I had found a really hot price. Went to Euro and realized that the other guy was smoke and mirrors and Masoud is the real deal. Paid the same price and got a one-owner Volvo wagon that had been serviced and was in fantastic shape. Best used car dealer on the planet.

Absolutely a great experience shopping and buying a car there. Car fax handy, no pressure, and no hidden or extra processing fees like many big dealers do. The owner Masoud was very nice and easy to deal with. I highly recommend to give them a try when looking for a vehicle.

I called different import service places in the Louisville area and heard positive things about this car lot. I felt welcomed by the owner, Masoud . I never felt pressured and all my questions were answered.

I came to test drive an XC90 while visiting from out of state. The owner was upfront and honest about an issue that particular car had. While I ultimately did not purchase it, I received great service while there. In addition, he is very knowledgeable about Volvos in particular and in addressing their weak points before sale. In contrast, a lot of Volvos I have seen at other used lots and in private sales have been severely neglected - especially with their PCV systems.

If I am in the market for a car again while in town, I will definitely visit Euro Imports.
