Great find! Facility was very clean, modern, well appointed and comfortable! Staff was very friendly! Greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcomed. Rooms were open and quite comfortable. Location was great. Lots of options for eating out nearby. Although we didn’t have time to use it, the patio with fireplace looked very comfortable and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Louisville Northeast, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I've had my fair share of hotel stays, and this one truly stood out.

We loved our stay here. Very good location and hotel. Staff is really professional and customer service is excellent. The rooms are small but really comfortable with small kitchen and all the amenities. Totally recommended!

Amazing value, best hotel I've ever stayed in but low price. We didn't end up using the provided cookware but it was cool that they had it. Disappointed that the pool was basically just a lap swimming pool but it was closed anyway, presumably for covid. Biggest complaint is that their wet floor sign in the lobby was brass and wood and didn't at all read as a wet floor sign from a distance. Everything else was really awesome though

Exceptional Service! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous, friendly, and ready to accommodate customers. This service is carried out through entire stay. The hotel is immaculate from time you walk in to register, to elevators, to eating area, to pool, to guest room! Staff is always cleaning, wiping down, sanitizing! Kuddos to Uriel, front desk manager. He's doing a great job! Linda is always busy making the place sparkle, she's so kind! Shandrea and Carol polite and helpful during breakfast hours....ALL of the staff at this hotel does a remarkable job. This is service you typically do not find these days!!!!!

We had a great stay at this location!!! The hotel was so clean and new. Our PUP had amazing stay too. It was his first hotel getaway. Flat screen tv pulled out from the wall and allowed us to sign into our Netflix. The room was more like a studio apartment. The breakfast was lush and overwhelmingly abundant. The breakfast attendant was so kind to me while I was trying to grab so last minute snacks and drink for the road. 10+ for this location!

Quick overnight stay on our way to Florida and we love this place. Sparkly new. Nice room layout. Inexpensive. Huge tvs in room. Large walk in shower. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again ... and i am super picky about hotels!

We were there just one night and the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of foods. Staff was pleasant and the facilities were very clean. It's a newer hotel.

This hotel is wonderful! It was very clean and the staff are all exceptional! Thank you for a wonderful stay for my family to spend the weekend with our daughter in college there. Highly recommend!

Had nice extra touches - like chocolate and licorice on check in, good coffee available at all times, and a beautiful lobby for lounging. Beds were comfortable and shower was great! Employees were all friendly.

Was hard to find for me, it is nestled behind other hotels. Very nice and clean. Our room was a suite. With all the things you would have in you kitchen. Would highley recommend.

Took family on vacation. Nice hotel. Comfy beds. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and plenty of room. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast.

This hotel and location is GREAT for visiting the Louisville area. All of the staff we have worked with have been very kind and helpful. This TownPlace by Marriott is in what I will refer to as Marriott block. This same building is also a Fairfield Inn and Suites, a Courtyard by Marriott is across the parking lot, and around the corner on the same property is a Residence Inn. This area is only 20 minutes from MANY restaurants and attractions. 20 min from the Louisville Slugger museum and only 90 min from the Mammoth Cave National Park. Also in this area is a Target, Liquor barn, Home Depot and Kroger for budget friendly families and travelers.
This location has an outdoor patio with 2 available weber grills as well as a great lobby and breakfast area. We visited during the Covid-19 times so I recommend calling ahead for any extra details.

Excellent hotel for the price. New with modern decor. Quite at night, well maintained and friendly staff. Exercise room is also well equipped.
