My Wife and I have been Clients/Policyholders with Brooks McCall & Associates for over 20 years and I just cant say enough about the staff there. They are always polite and attentive to my calls and are very quick to respond and have always been there to answer any questions we have had throughout the years. Our representative Kelly Eichholz, is extremely knowledgable in all the products she offers. Our sons are soon to be on their own and are looking forward to doing business with her! We highly recommend them!

We feel at ease with insurance thanks to Brooks McCall and all of the wonderful associates within the organization - they are like hitting the easy button when dealing with insurance. Professional, patient and informative. Always taking the time needed to be sure we understand all the ins and outs and to confirm we are covered properly.

My Insurance company for many years. Have never had an issue with them.

I have never dealt with a company with such a lack of professionalism. My card got stolen last month, which caused this months payment not to go through. When I called to give my new card number, all is the sudden my payments were $39 more. I was speaking to a receptionist, by the name of Michelle, who kept putting the phone down to ask my questions to an agent. The agent got on the phone, and would not let me speak. She kept talking over me, Until she realized she was looking at the wrong account, then put me back on the phone with the receptionist. I gave my new card info to the receptionist, and asked when the policy dates are, and again, she put the phone down and asked an agent. She got back on the phone with me, and told me an agent would call me and discuss at a later date. I asked to speak to an agent, as I heard her talking to them (she did not put the phone on hold) and was told that the agents have left for the day. This was literally one minute after I heard her talking to them. Their hours listed as open until 5:30, and she told me I was wrong, they were only open until 5. I questioned her, and was hung up on.
Not only did the agency keep me on the phone for 41 minutes, but they were rude, tried to overcharge me, and hung up on me. When calling with insurance questions, I expect to speak to an agent, not a receptionist that tells me she can’t answer me questions. I will be looking elsewhere for insurance, starting tomorrow. I have never experienced being treated so rude by a company that I have done business with for so long. I do not recommend this company, and I will make sure I let everyone know that asks.
