You will also get individualized attention and good service by knowledgeable employees. I have purchased footwear by Taos and Naot and have been pleased. The sandals and boots have support and appear to be well made.

Love this store!!! The employees are totally knowledgeable and at your service. Jason showed me several pairs of shoes the fit my feet appropriately and insured my student was on point. And the icing on the cake was they were half price. He made sure I received great shops and watched out for my wallet. He was super. I am a customer for life!

Long-time customer here. Footworks is not your average shoe department store. The store carries higher-end, quality footwear, from walking shoes to sandals and hiking boots. Shoes are fitted to both length and width. Mary and her sales staff are well-trained to custom fit your shoes and perhaps fit orthotic inserts, This is a one-to-one, personal experience; you don't shop an aisle of boxes. Stock is accessed by only the staff, so the store stays clean and tidy.

I've been getting shoes from these wonderful folks for close to 30yrs. The staff treat you like family and have wonderful product knowledge! I never feel pressured to buy anything but and always leave knowing I have the right shoes for my feet and needs. Plus, the original metal artwork on the walls is a sight to see!

They spend a lot of time making sure your footwear fits correctly. They are very knowledgeable about their products and which ones work with a variety of foot issues. Super friendly and a nice selection of workout, hiking and office shoes and accessories.

I have been buying shoes at Footworks for over twenty years. They have always done a fantastic job of fitting me. The few times I have purchased my walking shoes some other place, I have had problems. I have learned my lesson. If in doubt about an existing pair of shoes, I just drop by with them and they will evaluate the remaining wear on them before I get in trouble. The staff is knowledgeable and takes their time to get it right.
