We recently sold and purchased through the Louisville location and were very pleased with the service we received. The entire process was absolutely seamless. The machine is an added bonus that makes you feel like a kid winning a toy and who doesn’t like that feeling? The paperwork was straightforward with everything explained throughout the process. We highly recommended Carvana for selling as well as purchasing.

I never thought buying a vehicle could be so easy. All you do is get on the Carvana sight and go through the process. And the beauty of shopping at Carvana is no pressure or hassle from a salesperson. And the two people who delivered my vehicle were super friendly. I highly recommend Carvana to anybody that is in the market for a used/new vehicle.

Extremely easy online selling process. Made an appointment same day, took :10-:15 minutes and it was done. Payment was in my account the next day and we received much more than any dealership offered as a trade in. Would highly recommend!

I was quite skeptical after reading reviews but decided to go through the process of buying a vehicle with Carvana via their mobile phone app. It was very simple and straightforward as I selected a vehicle at a reasonable price and was given an instant trade appraisal I was pleased with. I financed through a third party lender with no issues and Carvana customer service helped me with any questions or concerns I had along during the process. We drove to the car vending machine in Louisville to pick up our vehicle and met with Carvana associate Andrew, who was friendly and thorough during our appointment. He even helped me arrange to have the plates transferred from my trade in vehicle which was a plus. I just received my registration in the mail a little over a month after buying the car which was no problem at all as we were given a 90 day temp tag. The vehicle is fantastic with no issues and I would not hesitate to recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and avoid the fuss at your typical dealerships and car lots.

So far my experience has been amazing, arrived on time just as scheduled, my vehicle was super clean, tires shining, full gas tank. I took it for a used car inspection and all it needs are air and cabin filters. I’ll follow up regarding my title and registration soon.

Very easy and seamless process. The pre-approval process was an excellent tool for choosing a car within my budget. Picking up the car was a cool and easy experience as well.

2nd car I've bought through them... so easy. Shop online on your time, schedule pick up or delivery, sign contracts online, get auto insurance.. and bam, you're driving in no time.

After reading some bad reviews I was nervous. However, the process was seamless for me to sell my old car and buy a new one. Delivery was on time, staff was courteous and the car is lovely (at least so far)! Very happy with this transaction.
