Half-Peach Bakery & Cafe

Wow. What a great place. So happy to find a vegan place with so much variety!! Had an artichoke pizza which is probably the best vegan pizza I’ve had. The cheese was not your typical gooey which I truly don’t care for. My daughter had the chicken fingers w/ bbq sauce which she approved of! Also grabbed some cashew cheese and ginger cookies. Cookies are soft and delicious, haven’t tried the cheese yet. 5 stars, will be coming back!

I really enjoyed my experience here. I think that this restaurant is likely one of the best vegan restaurants in the Louisville area. I've been here a couple of times now, and it can be a little hard to find if you don't know exactly where you are going. The staff are really great and they are always smiling, very welcoming. They were super helpful when selecting what we should try the first time we went. The food here is amazing. Like honestly, some of the best vegan food I've had. And the atmosphere of the place is really homey. Their vegan pizza is next level, and the nachos were amazing also. All of their baked treats have been amazing as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. And it won't break the bank! My only wish is that their hours were longer so that I could enjoy them more hours of the day. (It looks like they are working on this.) All around, this is my favorite restaurant in Louisville. I can't wait to return and get some more pizza.

I called about a week ago for a custom cake for my mom’s birthday. They not only accommodated my request, which was less than within their usual 2 week window, but they made one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. My mom does not eat eggs, I do - but I would order this cake again over and over. German chocolate espresso cake.

First time in Kentucky and we found this absolute GEM. The menu had so many incredible options that we had to taste test a little of everything. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was so polite and helpful. So sad we don’t live in Kentucky because we would be regulars here! Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!!

This place is phenomenal!!! Such great baked goods and hot savory foods!! I thought this was just going to have a few bakery things to eat, but the menu is huge and I ended up trying so much with my friends. The pesto chickn mushroom pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was a special. But the Avo Maria pizza my bf got was delish too. You MUST try the chicken tenders! They are soy based and not seitan based, which I feel is very unique. The texture was sooo good, without grossing me out like some imitation meats. Thank you so much for every thing! I really hope the best for your business and wish I lived here so I could come all the time.

We LOVE Half Peach. It is always one of our favorites when we are in town. The best assortment of vegan desserts in Louisville that are all amazing and a smaller food menu. Our favorites are the big Chik'n Miso salad, the drumsticks, and the pizzas. I went here for my birthday in February and stuffed myself and still had leftovers. The portions are very generous and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Out of all the well known vegan places in Louisville, I think Half-Peach is my favorite. Their food is delicious, their staff is super friendly and they have a nice dining area where you can eat at! If you come, definitely get the cookies at least.

Had a great visit today. Not normally open on Sundays, but so glad they were. Owner is very sweet, food was delicious, love that everything there is vegan! Wish I lived around here so I could visit again! Thank you 😊

Wow, I love this place! I found them on instagram when I was looking for a vegan and gluten free dessert for Christmas, and their Yule log (that was available gluten free, as well as regular) caught my eye. It was delicious! The buttercream was so smooth and the cake was rich. I honestly couldn’t believe it was vegan and gluten free. They offer so much here, both desserts and regular meals, that are all vegan and sound delicious! I also like that they have all their things labeled with allergens on their online ordering system, so I know exactly what I can and cannot eat. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more things at Half Peach!

Adorable aesthetic cafe, all vegan menu with so many delicious choices. There was even a to-go selection of dated food you could grab for $3-6. Clean, nice environment with plants and art; staff service was good. Clean restrooms. We ordered the chili cheese fries, wonton soup, the Southern vegan chickun sandwhich and apple broccoli salad: everything was DELICIOUS. Best vegan soup I've had. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. 10/10 will come back again and eat here.

My daughter ordered my birthday cake from here. Some of us are gluten free and others are vegan in our family. The cake was both vegan and gluten free. It was chocolate and was absolutely delicious!!! I would highly recommend!

The absolute best vegan burger and fry combo I’ve had! The pesto and bar b que sauce will change your life on the Chim-possible burger!The cookies are amazing as well. I will be a regular here

Excellent vegetarian restaurant. Soups are delicious. They sell vegan cheese. The hot tea options are great. Sue, the owner, is wonderful.

Super cute place with a cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend the Bischoff cheesecake and shrimp po boy.

After several visits I'm convinced everything here is great. From specials to regular items and desserts. I will gladly go back again and again. What a great vegan restaurant!

I ordered ahead of time a spinach and artichoke pizza, and tres leches cake. Both were very good. The place is in an office building of sorts, in the back. There are two sides, connected with an open doorway. The first side has the counter, drink and dessert fridge, and the kitchen behind the counter. My food was ready. I took it through the doorway and sat at one of the empty tables. It was clean, quiet, and pleasant. I would come here again if I lived nearby.

This is hands down the best vegan restaurant i've ever visited. the photo below is chili cheese fries. before I knew just what an epic portion size I was about to receive, i also ordered an oreo brownie. both were incredible. there were so many other desserts that looked great, and dishes that sounded wonderful, that I am literally planning a 3 hour trip to Louisville just so I can eat here again as my birthday gift to myself! other perks: they have high chairs! they have a great variety of sauces sitting out. they sell other vegan products like jerky, TVP, and I believe I also saw cookbooks or tools of some sort. it isn't inexpensive. but between the taste and the serving size, it's well worth it!

Stopped by during lunch and got a last minute cake for my son's birthday. Realizing half way through it was vegan I was a little bit hesitant. The awesome lady there senced it and gave me a free cookie which was amazing. I was worried that because my cake I was ordering didn't have eggs and butter in it that it would taste different and people would notice. I kid you not, it was the best cake I've had in my adult life, one couldn't even tell if it was vegan or not. Which I think was a good thing.

I will come back one day, I feel confident with their product. The main lady there was nice like family.

Owner graciously accepted my order short notice. The cake was amazing - dense like pound cake but somehow very moist, full of flavor, the icing was smooth and not too heavy. (Note - don’t leave out of fridge due to icing, but it’s still amazing served cold!) I don’t normally eat vegan, but I can definitely see ordering here again. I also tried a slice of the carrot cake and it was superb!
