When I first called I was automatically greeted and treated with so much respect. I have loved doing business with these people I have been doing business with them throughout my family for years. It's something isn't correct so they correct it for you. And they are also pretty decent when it comes to their prices.

If you are looking for the cheapest warrantied appliance look no further building doesn't look great though

The appliances for sale were rusted and dirty.

I brought a electric dryer that worked for 30 days exactly first of all I paid full price including delivery then he wanted my gas dryer but on consignments basically he would pay me after it’s sold 🤷🏽‍♀🤷🏽‍♀I wouldn’t agree to them terms so when my dryer broke he would not come fix it . I paid $300 plus delivery fee for my dryer and it is still currently broken 😡 do not I repeat do not buy from these people the old owners kee how to handle business and repairs this guy is a complete scam

Went in today and purchased a electric dryer. The dryer doesn't work due to the installation men trying to jam a too small cord into a plug that clearly wasn't meant for the job! Instead of swoping them out like they were supposed to they ripped of a single mother of 3 during a global pandemic!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!! I called the store and delivery team immediately and was ignored. I sent text to staff again ignored. $185 American dollars down the drain. So the warranty is only good if you get them to answer and give customer service!! I wonder if they treat their white patrons this way or did they treat me poorly because of my skin color or was it my gender?! The fact that I have to question this is sad! I pray they soon go out of business!!

I don’t feel like the price we paid for a used and repainted washer and dryer was fair. Although it did work about 6 months. When it was time to service my washer. The don’t keep appointments. He came in and fixed what he thought was wrong and charged $60. He was only on it for 5 minutes. Well guess what the washer stopped a day later. I refuse to pay another $60. This place is a total rip off. And they talk to you it reminds of a old racist master talking to his slaves. And they came in my home smelling like old laundry funk. I guess you get what you pay for
