Bought a home with Geo Thermal and it didn’t work. They were out here many times trying everything to fix it instead of replacing the upstairs unit which is very costly. They never gave up and fixed it! Many hours of work and always on time and great communication. The technician Chris is truly amazing and treats your home like his own as well as treating you like a friend!

I want to take a minute to endorse this amazing business. The technicians came out to my property right on time, were friendly and courteous with my time and did an amazing job. Chris and Greg are running a top notch business which is rare now a days in this area. It is no wonder they are as successful as they are!

Chris Flood was out to service our heat pump and due to age of the unit and the fact that it had a leak, we decided to purchase a new one. Since we have had our HVAC service contract with A & A for the last 12 years, we agreed to buy from them. Mark Bowman quoted us a price and Chris and Tom did the installation. The next day, Mark Bowman came by to be sure we were happy with the installation. We also discussed a plan for when we need to replace the main floor unit and furnace. We have received excellent service from them since we moved to Delaware twelve years ago.

We built our home in 1999 and decided on radiant heat installed under the floor. The installer failed to meet the capacity needed to heat our square footage and then could not or would not fix the problem.
After several years (and using plug in registers), we called A&A to see about geothermal heating. A&A installed it in such a way that the radiant heat could be used as well as the geothermal. There were some problems in maintaining a stable consistant water temperature. The fault was in the "unit" NOT with A&A Services.
We were so impressed and grateful that A&A was so determined to correct the situation.
They did correct it. And they did not bill us for the visits made to correct it or for installing equipment that gave us proper consistent water temperature.
We have had the geothermal since 2011 and A&A is very prompt and they are very neat and clean in their work and in themselves personally. We have their maintenance plan in which they come twice a year to service the system if needed and change filters, etc. Always prompt, courteous and trustworthy.

I own a small business and needed two areas that were outside of my central ac unit area that needed to be cooled. A&A Air services came out and installed a mitsubishi split unit. It was exactly what my spaces needed. It was affordable, installed like the unit was put in when the house was built. They were here on time, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them for any service or install you need. I can't thank them enough for how quickly they came out and took care of my business so that my customers do not have to deal with the heat ahead. Thank you again for the beautiful job you did!!

Called and scheduled an estimate for a new heat pump system. Believed my unit was done for. Project Specialist Mark Bowman called before arriving and showed up on time! Mark was able to determine a simple fault in my system and fixed it for me, saving me thousands this summer. Mark was very professional, polite, friendly, and went above and beyond his call for customer service, which is hard to find these days! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and will use them again in the future. Thank you Mark!

I don't usually write reviews, however the technician and service performed was nothing short of excellent. I contacted A&A yesterday when I noticed our air conditioning was not as cold as usual and running constantly. Allen the technician came out today to perform service on our unit. He was so thorough and explained everything completely. He had us up and running in no time! The next time I need service, A&A is my first choice and I am requesting Allen!!

I now have A&A service maintenance for my HVAC for 6 tears. Their high quality service make me a loyal customer Bought a new A/C split system from them 9 months ago for my new 4 season room because I respect their quality of service.

We have used A&A for many years. They installed two AC systems for us-one over twenty years ago and a second one last year. When we have called for service they are usually there the next day. The technicians have always been honest. The company is 100% reliable. I laughed out loud when I read the bad reviews. Those reviews are not accurate. Service companies come and go at the beach. A&A has been here a long time because they treat customers well.

Absolutely perfect. Extremely responsive on a weekend emergency - woke with no heat. Very thorough service and very reasonable price. Ray did an exceptional job with repairs and explaining everything. I’m very picky and the experience could not be better

The technician was on time and wore appropriate PPE. His inspection was thorough and no attempt was made to expand the scope of the job. While I don't see the need for an annual maintenance contract at this time, I feel confident that A&A will provide quality service in the future if it is needed.

A&A took on a very complex heating and air conditioning job for me in a residential home that was started by another contractor and finished up by them, which included a 7 zone radiant floor heat system and a 4 zone A C system and made everything work perfectly
