What a great place to live! I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. One of the standout aspects of this community is the exceptional professionalism displayed by the manager, Drew. From day one, Drew has gone above and beyond to ensure that I feel valued and well-cared for.

Drew is not only responsive but also proactive in addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. His attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents are truly commendable. He consistently communicates important updates, making sure everyone is informed and aware of any changes or upcoming events.

In addition to the outstanding management at Jade at North Hills, the property itself is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located. The amenities provided, from the fitness center to the beautifully landscaped grounds, contribute to an enjoyable living experience.

I recently moved in at Jade Hills. First of all the customer service has been amazing since the 1st day I walked into the office for a tour and through out my application process. The day I picked u my keys I met Drew. Drew had my move in materials ready for me as soon as I walked in the door with a smile and he had never met me. The entire property inside and out is very clean and quiet. Thank you everyone!!

I recently relocated to Menomonee Falls and chose Jade. Nicole and Drew made the whole application and move in process a breeze! The property is very well managed. There are fun community events about every month. The location is very convenient as it is minutes from a hospital/ER, Pick 'n Save, Costco, Sam's, Woodman's, and local high school, and very easy access to the freeway. I use the gym regularly and its always clean. snow removal salting is also very timely and well managed. Overall Drew and Nicole is managing the property really well. I will certainly recommend Jade apartments to anyone planning to stay in this area.

I love it here! I moved in at the beginning of the year, and so far I can't say I have any complaints at all! I chose Jade because of the good reviews and I was afraid they were too good to be true but Drew and Nicole are honestly the best. Although there were some negative comments about noise, I haven't had any issues. Nicole has also been so helpful answering all my questions and is so nice, it really goes a long way towards making it feel like home. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

Nicole made our stay at Jade amazing! She was always helpful with getting us information about parking spots, move-in/move-out procedures, and more. There were a few times where we had questions/concerns about a lease extension and she was able to handle them quickly and without hassle!!

My wife and I used the gym regularly and it was always clean, and they even added new equipment throughout the year!

We also used the event-room for a bridal shower which went very smoothly. Nicole did a great job helping us set up the reservation.

Can't recommend working with Nicole & living at the Jade Apartments enough!

We recently moved in and had a wonderful experience! The office employees are exceptional! Nicole was so helpful with showing us the available units and answering questions when we signed the lease. The day we moved in, Drew went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed at our new home and made sure we had what we needed to make it a smooth move in day. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Jade is a great option for apartment living. The property is very well managed by Drew and Nicole. There are fun community events about every month (even pet friendly ones!). The amenities are fantastic as well including a gym, club room, fire pit, and pet spa. There is also a parking garage and plenty of surface level parking space. There The location is very convenient as it is minutes from a hospital/ER, Pick 'n Save, Costco, Sam's, Woodman's, and local high school, and very easy access to the freeway. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly by the maintenance team (Dan and Mike). The grounds are also well maintained, landscaping is always very presentable and snow removal salting is also very timely and well managed.

Lived at the Jade Apartments for nearly 3 years. We were the first to move into the unit, and we loved the amenities. Having our own washer/dryer was huge for us. Being so close to the highway initially gave me pause, but the sound never reached the apartments, and it made commuting extremely convenient. The pet-friendly nature of the complex was perfect for our little weiner dog, and the staff at the leasing office always kept a little bag of treats for him on our walks. Overall, great place to live, fantastic staff, and nary a hair out of place.

What a great apartment building! Property manager, Drew, was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without hesitation and has a great attitude! He is attentive and professional. This apartment has many great amenities including a gym and fire pit! Highly recommend checking this place out!

I enjoy living at Jade at North Hills! Management is very friendly and helpful. They even organize frequent activities which are a fun way to get to know neighbors. Plus the location is idea! Conveniently located minutes away from a hospital, grocery store, restaurants and downtown Menomonee Falls. It's also right off the highway which makes getting downtown easy. I would highly recommended moving to Jade if you're looking in the area.

I lived at the Jade and had a great experience! Nicole and Drew have been so kind and considerate with any concerns or questions I had while living there. I came from out of state and felt very comfortable living here. If anyone is looking for a place to stay that isn’t familiar with the area I’d 100% recommend living here!

I enjoy living at Jade at North Hills. That is why I have just renewed my lease! The location is perfect for me and the activities that I participate in on a daily basis. Highway 45 is less than a mile away and access to grocery stores, a Hallmark card shop, Costco, TJ Maxx, Home Goods are 1.3 - 3.4 miles away! Jade is a lovely, CLEAN, location with great amenities. I never hear the people on either side of me or in the hallways(excellent soundproof), in fact I rarely run into folks in the hallways or underground parking lot, but when I do everyone is always very friendly. Drew, the Residential Property Manager is wonderful. He and his team are always thinking outside the box for creative services to provide to their residents. From using coffee/food trucks, to having Spring Clean Up month with Salvation Army and providing boxes in each building lobby for you to have easy access to get rid of items you no longer need as well as all types of get togethers for residents to meet up and get a chance to meet and know each other. Drew and Nicole are people persons. Fun, friendly, professional and always willing to listen to your concerns and determine how/if they are able to accommodate your request. Most times they can!

Nicole and Drew were super helpful the day of our move in. They went above and beyond. They supplied us with carts for the heavier items and when we had a issue with our garage door opener they were prompt with the replacement. The Jade has also had fun events so far like a scavenger hunt and food trucks on the property for us residents.

They were super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. The team is super quick to help answer and address any questions/concerns that we may have. Jade is located in the perfect area by being close to the highway for work and right down the road from shops and restaurants in Menomonee Falls. We're so happy we chose Jade!

The property is maintained extremely well. everything is clean and in such a convenient location! the amenities are such a plus! my apartment is gorgeous and i could not ask for a better place to live :) The management team is super knowledgeable and Drew was a great help!! 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful living space.

I love the Jade! The new management is incredible and has added many great new additions. It is clear that the management team (Nicole and Drew) really listen and care!

The gym is fantastic! They recently added in a squat rack, more benches, row machine, and a charging station. Because of the small community size, the gym is never crowded. Often times there is no one there during peak hours.

I also love the community engagement, there is a monthly newsletter with important updates and fun things like pet of the month. Recently Jade held a successful clothing drive for the salvation army and before that there was a canned food drive. They also host fun social events with plenty of food and drinks.

Also the maintenance team is the best. Dan and Mike are knowledgeable and do great work in a timely manner.

The location is alright, but will soon get a lot better. COVID-19 claimed the neighborhood bar, but a new shopping center is being built in its place. The nearby Pick n Save is one of the nicer ones in town, however I would not recommend the Sam's or Woodsman's just across the highway (except for Carwashes, which are a great deal). Costco is not too far, and worth it over this Sam's.

The price of units is high, but the quality units, management, maintenance team, and amenities are worth it!

I have been living at Jade At North Hill Apartments going on two years. Drew came right into his position and took a very positive charge for our living environment. Drew is an awesome manager and he is always super helpful when we call the office. You Rock Drew!!! 😉 thank you for everything you do to make Jade an awesome place to live!

Only great things to say about Jade! The apartments are stunning, the location is very convenient, and the team in the office is warm and friendly. Ask for Drew, the Community Manager. He’s always happy to help! Five stars :)

While looking for an apartment I toured many but working with Drew the Property Manager at the Jade at North Hills was the deciding factor for me. Drew’s professionalism and customer service were amazing and he made me feel right at home from day one. Not to mention the apartments, amenities and grounds are great!

Great community. Staff is excellent and treats everyone fairly and with complete consideration. Although very infrequent, basic daily issues that coincide with living in an apartment community are handled quickly and professionally. Heated garage is great too.
