I stopped by Sauced on my recent visit to Wisconsin and I loved it! The pizza is delicious and made with care, and the staff is one of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. If you are in the East Troy area, this place is a must! Definitely a 10/10 experience all the way around.

Stepping into Sauced, you are greeted with the amazing smell of fresh herbs!! The pizza was AMAZING and the staff treated us like family. We will definitely be back... especially because we were too full to try the Gelato! :/

I'm not saying this is the best pizza ever, but it's good enough that my wife has requested I bring it an hour and a half home whenever I am in the Milwaukee area. So, I guess that makes it pretty amazing.

The pizza was very fresh and flavorful. I recommend adding hot honey to your pizza, if you like a sweet and spicy flavor. I added it to the El Diablo and it perfectly complimented the pizza.

The shop is very clean and surprisingly chic for a small town restaurant, and the service was amazing.

Good selection of beer from various micro breweries, along with various other beverage options.

Overall, this pizzeria is great. I highly recommend making the trip. You won't be disappointed.

I have ordered Sauced many times and always taken it to go. And its was amazing but last night finally got a chance to dine in the restaurant. Their pizza and flat bread right out of the wood oven is super amazing. I can't find the words to describe it you just have to go try it for yourself. Stuff super polite and friendly. Will definitely going back to dine in.

Everything was amazing! If you like blue cheese or gorgonzola "the magic man" was a phenomenal Pizza. The Greek was also delicious, but there many several specialty pizzas to choose from and based on what I had I don't think you'll go wrong. Staff was super friendly and informative which isn't always easy to find these days. We'll definitely be back!

Best authentic Neopolitan pizza in Wisconsin... probably the Midwest. Excellent service from people who are happy to be there. Definitely recommend!

We LOVED this place. First off, the place is adorable and the decor is perfect. Second ..EXCELLENT customer service. The woman who took our order was patient, helpful, honest and kind. That's pretty hard to find these days. The pizza was absolutely delish..we travel all over for pizza and this is some of the freshest, tastiest pizza I've ever had. We had the sausage/pepperoni, the El dorado and the Margherita pizzas. ALL were yummy. The El Dorado was my favorite. Too full for Gelato but with the number of walk in customers that came for a scoop or pint, I'm going to assume it is very good as well. We'll definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly. The pizza was very good. I like my pizza cooked crispy, which they had to redo to my liking. Gelato was so fresh and delicious. I'd got back.

The service was top notch talking about the local drinks they offer and what is suggested. And the pizza is just amazing with a unique taste from ingredients and the wood fire oven. Highly recommend!

The Margherita pizza was outstanding and very reasonably priced ($10.25). Tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and service was top notch. What a great addition to East Troy's historic square!

Had no idea what we were walking into. Pizza is wood fired and fresh and really good. But the difference is the staff. They were super friendly and seemed to really care about their product and our experience. It was refreshing to see people that cared about how well they did their job. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I love the chewy crust, salty cheese and fresh toppings. The staff is always friendly and does a fantastic job. Ask for extra crispy crust if you prefer it that way!

Being from the East coast, I’m used to a traditional New York/Neapolitan type pizza. This is hands down the best of that kind around! The sauce is reminiscent of the pizza we had in Italy. If you’re looking for the typical Wisconsin thin crispy wafer crust then this is not it. Truly authentic Neapolitan pizza with fresh, robust flavor. Nailed it! So happy I found them!

Very good place to eat Neapolitan pizza. I am from Naples (Italy), and I like to try Neapolitan pizza around US. So far, this is one of the best I ever had. Great tomato sauce, and delicious fresh mozzarella. If I was from around the area I would go every day! Awesome pricing also for this kind of pizza.

This is a fantastic Neapolitan-style pizza place with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones or simply relaxing. I've been a patron since the establishment first opened, and the pizza consistently manages to surpass my expectations.

Please be aware that Sauced serves Neapolitan-style pizza. If you're accustomed to traditional/regular pizza, then be sure to request a pizza with a drier, crispier texture.

The Greek pizza was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, good pizza base and the Hey Mambo beer was a nice surprise. Won't be back in US for 6 months, but will definitely be coming back.

The Carne was a terrific pizza, ingredients were fresh and delicious! Honestly, my favorite part was dunking the crispy crust in the tangy balsamic vinaigrette!
