Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We love our hometown Sherwin-Williams store. Adam, the store manager, is knowledgeable and helpful. We wouldn't get our paint any place else.

As a non-painter person, I asked some pretty basic and unknowledgeable questions. The responses I got were informative and honest answers. Asked about a couple different painting styles, the employee responded their input and ideas which helped give me a better idea of how painters paint and how to go about it. Great customer service! We will definitely be back with any questions.

And for as long as I've been doing this Sherwin Williams has always had my back in everything I need even answers if something comes up and I don't happen to have the answer they always do. Great service at the Florence store. Love the quality of paint with SW. Associate was very helpful in looking up some prior paint we had purchased from years back, great color and he was able to set us up.

I have been going to Sherwin-Williams on Dixie Hwy for years. I always will. My most recent trip, Johnathan knew what product was in stock and on hand for me for what I needed paint-wise. Dewane and Johnathan mixed up my 4 gallons of paint I needed, ensured it matched to perfection, put it all in a box for me, then Johnathan volunteered to carry it out to my car for me. I didn't even ask for that. But that was a nice touch. Both Dewane and Johnathan were very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and helpful. And that is really hard to find, very rare, in this day and age. Lastly, I think it's neat that Johnathan's shirt says, "Hablo Espanol," on it. Awesome that he's bilingual! I will never go anyplace else for painting needs.

This is a convenient, well-stocked store for the residents of Boone County Kentucky. The staff are very capable and the paint quality and color-matching is the best.

We needed help with an accent wall and came to this store and Jacob was super helpful. He answered all our questions and even some we hadn't thought to ask yet. We would talk to him for any project.

Since we started using Sherwin Williams we stopped using other brands. This store is not just for Commercial painters. Pricing is great and very helpful in selecting the right paint and supplies.
