CVS on 42 in Florence has the BEST customer service of any other pharmacy I know. The employees are so friendly. The pharmacy employees are always friendly and helpful. We have a drug store much closer to our home but our household will never change because of the exceptional customer service in the pharmacy.
Thank you CVS!!

I've been using CVS for years for scripts, and they have been just wonderful! The staff in the regular store are lovely as well. I always feel very welcomed in there, and they are always helpful. Definitely recommend!

Love this store, They have everything I need, the aisles are stocked with anything I need and more. Lots of products to choose from. Not limited like Walgreens they is catering to groceries, if I need groceries I'll go to the store. Not a drug store...

Pharmacy staff rude and incompetent. Store manager was of no help in resolving my complaint. Stay away if you are expecting any level of customer service.

+ Good location; 2 entrance / exits.
+ Drive-thru pharmacy for Covid testing and prescription pickup.
+ Adequate parking.
- Constant "robo" calls from the pharmacy regarding picking up prescriptions when none are there to be picked up. Or, about setting up auto prescription refill on prescriptions that have no refill.
- Pharmacy told me my prescription wasn't ready & it'd be ready in about 25-minutes. We headed home, and made it to the red-light by CVS & we were called that my prescription was now ready. So 25-minutes turned into about 3 quickly which was nice, but also a headache driving wise trying to turn around and go back through where we had just been.
** The store itself I've never been inside of.

The website needs adjusting. I requested "what are the hours of CVS Pharmacy in Union, KY?". I got the store hours instead. I needed to pick up my insulin since I'm down to my last pen. I wouldn't have to worry if their PHARMACY was open 24/7 like their competitor, Walgreens Pharmacy.

The CVS store itself is okay. The pharmacy drive through is bad. Prepare for the longest wait ever at this location. In almost o e year I've use I've never waited less than 15 minutes.

Two weeks later now. Called, got the usual reroute. Then phone rang 25 times with no pickup from anyone in Pharmacy. This place is awful.

This is not a reflection of the staff, but instead is an observation about the staffing level. Last night, Mackenzie, Pharmacist Katie, and Azurina really worked hard to help me get my Rx when my doctor's office had dropped the ball. However, each time I have to go to this CVS, the pharmacy is significantly understaffed. I realize that the employees are working as fast as they can, but there is way too much work for the number of people working. This leaves both customers and staff frustrated. If my insurance didn't force me to use CVS, this issue would cause me to go elsewhere for prescriptions.

This is pharmacy specific. Staff is friendly and this is no fault of them, but they need to hire more people. Management is not staffing the pharmacy appropriately for the amount of customers that use this location. There is always a line wrapped around the building in the drive-thru lane and always a line inside. I have been there at 11am and 6pm and it’s consistent. As I was waiting in line, I heard this message non-stop “3 pharmacy calls”, so not only are they slow to get to customers in front of them, but they’re not servicing the customers calling in either. This is a problem and delivers a very poor customer experience. I would use a different pharmacy, if possible.

The pharmacy does a good job, most of the time I never have a problem.

Now the actual store, the employees can be really rude. Today I called up and asked if a product was available because on the website it said low-stock for the store. The man on the phone didn’t want to look for it for me, he said since it was low stock that there probably wasn’t any in store. My daughter is sick and I was just trying to get her medicine really quick and this was the closest location. Wasn’t happy that he couldn’t take 2-3 minutes to walk to the isle to check for me.
