Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My husband took our family out yo dinner for a celebration, and we had Austin as our server. He was super friendly, and on top of our order. With 4 children, and 2 adults, he made sure all of our needs were met. Great service, and wonderful food.

We haven't been their in a while and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. We were seated in a timely manner, and the waiter was very nice. The food was hot and decent sized portions. The only complaint wasn't barely any dressing on the salad.

I really like the food here. Over the years, I’ve not been impressed with the quality of Olive Garden food in general, but over the last year, my wife and I have noted a marked improvement to the point that it’s a genuine pleasure again. On my latest visit to this location, our waiters were a little awkward/sketch. They tried a little too hard to be cool and it was really just cringe. But I had the Ravioli Carbonara and it was absolutely outstanding.

We stopped for supper on our way home from an appointment in Milwaukee. We've never been to an Olive Garden before because we don't have any near our home. One is opening this spring so we thought we'd give it a try beforehand to see what it's like. Our server, Joshua, was absolutely amazing! Cheerful, quick witted, funny and excellent at helping us decide what to try. We had a great time and hope to give our own Olive Garden a try when it opens up in the spring. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at your establishment. We enjoyed everyone servicing us. Especially our waitress Kim. She was spot on about everything we wanted on the menu. Not to mention she has a great sense of humor. ,🤣

We were there for a college graduation celebration December 17th. Our waitress was amazing! She was so attentive, responsive, and just did an above and beyond job. I do not remember her name, however, we were there about 1:30 in the afternoon. Could her name have been Vanessa? All of the employees were excellent. We were extremely satisfied with the experience.

Good American Italian style food. Still a good value for all you can eat soup and salad. Delicious food. Service was great!

This review is specifically about the service we received on November 11.
Our server, Sierra, was so kind, attentive, and polite. Despite a PACKED restaurant she checked on us multiple times and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Dwayne was another standout employee. We were not served by Dwayne directly but we watched him engage with other tables around us. He had a great attitude with customers and we heard him check in with other employees to see if they needed help. These two really made our night.

The service is excellent the cleanliness is awesome the staff is excellent the cooks are wonderful food size portion and price are awesome best place in town

Lunch at Olive Garden is really good, especially the soup, salad and breadsticks, and the price is very affordable.
The service at the Menomonee Falls location was outstanding. Our waiter Koa was extremely friendly and attentive! A great place to celebrate a birthday with the complimentary dessert.

My visit was with my daughter for lunch. Service was great and waitress was very attentive and easily accessible. Food was awesome.

We have not eaten at an Olive Garden for quite some time. We try to frequent non chain eateries. It just felt right this night. It was after 7pm so the place was still busy, but several tables were available. Julie our server, was very busy. We got our drink orders and returned to get our orders. Never wrote anything down and got our orders spot on. Salad was fresh and warm bread sticks were buttery. Wife had never ending pasta with two different servings. I chose the Chicken Marsalla Fettuccine. Mine was amazing. Silky sauce laden with mushrooms and spinach over hearty noodles topped with tender breaded chicken tenders. Large portion had me boxing up a second meal. Took a single dessert home to share. Very nice experience.

Just finished dinner. Was so delicious. Our waitress was fantastic. The hostess came by and said hi. The manager on the floor was floating with ease and was professional and kind to her staff. The staff all moved around with purpose and hustle but also very nicely.

Kaitlyn the manager does an exceptional job with her customer service. She is extremely accommodating & kind! She even handles the busyness in the kitchen & the To Go orders line with ease. The food was great quality as well; 10/10 service from her!

For all the snobs and wannabe foodies that feel the need to make jokes about Olive Garden, I love them, always have. Never had a disappointing meal, their service is prompt and professional and the atmosphere is great.

(If one was able hide anything indicating they were at an Olive Garden from a snob friend, they'd think it was great. Fun to play the same game with your wine snobs who, it turns out, live wine-from-a-box.)

All fun aside, we had lunch with a mixed group of family in town for Christmas. We can be a bit loud and laugh a lot, so it was great to be seated in a dedicated alcove setting with a large table which comfortably accommodated us.

The bread and salad are a hallmark of OG and one reason I always enjoy coming. It was hard to keep track of what everyone ordered, so I'll confirm it was a table of nine, of varied ages, and everyone loved our meals and appetizers. I ordered spaghetti for the first time and loved it. All too often a plate is delivered and it's 95% pasta and a couple tablespoons of sauce and a meatball. Not here. Plenty of sauce, it was zesty (though it's a people-pleaser recipe and not as full flavored as I've had at small family-owned establishments.) My wife and son ordered chicken Alfredo as always, being creatures of habit. We opted for the $6.99 take home dishes, am my ziti was fantastic. In fact, between the salad and bread we took home, a portion of our meals and the very high value take home meal, we each enjoyed three total meals.

In the past I have frequently ordered the "Tour of Italy" which includes 3 items from the menu and now offer your choice of items (I believe that's rather new.) We did not order wine on this visit, and I'm no connoisseur, anyway. But in my opinion it's as food as the sometimes expensive choices family members have at their homes.

Last, our server was a pleasure. He seemed experienced, being attentive, familiar with the menu, options, etc. He laughed along with our goofy group and took our picture before we left. Being the holidays I left a hefty tip which he earned.

Great experience, great food, and a regular OG customer at numerous locations. Highly recommended. I will say yes, various smaller "authentic" restaurants with menus based on home recipes, often focusing on specific regions, can truly amaze and hit it out if the park. My wife and I opt this way when it's just the two of us, but for a group with mixed tastes, OG is a superb option.

All our food came out hot. The server added lots of good parmesan cheese.

I had the rigatoni with creamy mushroom sauce from the build your own menu. The noodles were cooked well. The mushrooms were a good size, and the sauce tasted perfect. Very yummy!

If I could give more stars, I would. This was our first visit to this Olive Garden. Both the service and the food were excellent. Our server was amazing and very attentive. We'll definately be returning.

I haven't had olive garden in years, meaning atleast 5. My visit was nothing short of amazing. I was originally going to takeout but the gentleman said 40 mins wait. So I decided to sit down. My server Domonick was amazing, not just to me but every customer around him. When I come back I will request to be sat in his area! Well done!!! You guys have an awesome awesome employee!

Service was impeccable from ordering food to pu. Staff pleasant, courteous. Food was delicious, soup taste home made. Even to go tableware accessory.
