Shawn and Brian came to my house to fix a leak problem. They were so professional and very nice. They did a great job. It was an extensive repair and they took the time to explain everything to me before they started. I had to get some drywall removed for the repair and they took the time to plan it out to take out least amount of drywall as possible.They had to move things to get to where they needed and never complained. It was an all day job. They cleaned up so well after the job. It's my third time using this company and I've always had a good experience. I will always call Stay True plumbing for any plumbing issues I have.

Stay True was able to have me seen for an in-person consultation, at which time I was scheduled for two business days and the job was completed in a timely, painless and professional manner. What pleased me the most was Stay True’s responsiveness. Communication means everything to me. All of my calls were responded to quickly and I appreciate that, immensely. I called Stay True at 9AM this morning. At 9:15AM (seriously!) Jamal and Daniel were knocking on my door. I needed a dishwasher, faucet, and garbage disposal hooked up due to a kitchen remodel. The price was under budget and the techs did a good job. I was impressed and satisfied.

All anyone can ask for from a company is high quality at a competitive price. They certainly did that.

I had an appointment with Stay True over a week ago for an estimate to replace a shower valve and install a utility sink. The techs were 45 minutes late for the appointment, which is not great considering they had a 4 hour block in which to arrive. Additionally, nobody bothered to call to warn me that they'd be late. Instead, I had to call the office to see whether they were still coming. When the techs arrived, there was no explanation or apology, the simply entered my home without booties to assess the prospective work. More than a week later, I'm still waiting for the estimates I requested, despite having reached out to the company twice thus far.

I called for them to come out to unhook kitchen island faucet, and garage disposal and disconnect water lines and make sure nothing is still hooked they over charged me and didn't unhook everything they should have and I had to pay another person to finish their work! Don't use them.
